We offer discounts on bookings of 14 nights or longer.
There are no other charges for electricity or cleaning etc. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of food and drink on your arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. You will not be asked to vacate your property early unless there are other guests arriving that day. In which case we request that you depart by 11am and that the next guests do not arrive before 3pm.

There is also an expendable dining table with chairs. The double sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to the patio garden. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The laundry room has a washing machine, laundry sink and large capacity boiler. The main bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and lamps and ceiling fan. The lounge has air-con, a TV, DVD player, sofa, armchair, coffee tables, dining table and chairs and archway to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The laundry room has a washing machine, laundry sink and large capacity boiler. There is a downstairs shower room with WC and wash basin. The main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, bedside table lamps and air-con. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table lamp and air-con. There is also a sunny terrace on this floor. The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air-con and patio doors that lead to the spacious roof terrace. There is an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off in the sun. |

Notes on accommodation
All the above properties either have stand up fans, ceiling fans or air-conditioning plus heating for winter evenings. The properties are ideal for families.
Outside
The clean communal pools have pretty well kept gardens. The pools are safe for children and have a lifeguard present during the summer months. The properties all have plenty of outdoor space with patio furniture for alfresco dining, plus sun loungers for your use. There is plenty of free parking available on the road.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful sandy beaches along this coast. To the north of Torrevieja the beaches tend to be long stretches of sand with sand dunes and backed by lovely pine forests, such as Guardamar and La Mata. To the south of Torrevieja the beaches tend to be sandy coves. Most beaches have beach bars in the summer months and have play areas for children. Punta Prima beach is 20 minutes walk away. The beaches of Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are just 5 minutes drive.
Golf
There is a large choice of golf courses on the Costa Blanca. There are several good courses within a 10 - 30 minute drive from the properties.
Villamartin golf course and plaza with bars and restaurants is about 10 minutes away, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are about 15 minutes away. La Finca golf course is about 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airports are Murcia (about 20 mins drive) and Alicante (40 mins drive). Although it is not necessary to hire a car, I recommend that you do, as there is are so many lovely places to visit. I can arrange airport transfers for you or, if you are hiring a car from the airport, I will send you clear directions to Zeniamar.
Distances
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the properties. The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away. Here there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, a marina and night market.
Further details
There is plenty to see and do in this area. If you love history I recommend you visit Murcia and Elche. If you are a sun worshipper, you could visit a different beach every day. If you love shopping, just out side Torrevieja is the Habaneras shopping mall. If you are a bargain hunter Torrevieja street market is on Fridays and Playa Flamenca market every Saturday.
On the outskirts of the town is an Aqua park and bowling alley. If you fancy go kart racing, it is just a few minutes walk from Zeniamar. I love the Mar Menor area which is about 30 mins away. The therapeutic waters and mud here are reputed to help ailments such as arthritis, rheumatism and skin conditions. Visit the mud baths at Lo Pagan. You will see people covered in the mud which is left on the skin to dry and then washed off in the sea.
My 8 year old niece had fun covering herself in the mud and said "This is the bestest day I have ever had in my entire life". Be warned though....it does have a distinctive smell!!
The warm shallow waters here make it perfect for small children and there is a play area on the beach for them too. The beach and mud bath areas have been made wheelchair friendly, so it is a lovely place for everyone.

A deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment can be made by Sterling cheque or bank transfer if preferred or if paying in Euros.
