The apartment has 3 double rooms with the master bedroom having en-suite. Situated in the Lagomar complex on the side of the salt water Lagoon and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The complex has 2 large swimming pools, kid's play area, gym, saunas and paddle tennis courts as well as under ground parking with lifts to each level. The apartment is ideally situated for the marina at Almerimar with its large choice of restaurants and bars only a short walk away along the picturesque promenade. The more energetic can travel inland and hit the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada (seasonal) or chose one of the many top quality golf courses that are only a short distance away. If you want shopping Almeria is 40 minutes away with its stylish and chic shops and bars. You can fly into Almeria airport (40 minutes away) or Malaga (2 hours drive).

Notes on accommodation
The property has full air-conditioning and is situated on the 1st floor of the building, the pool has a full time life guard and there is a child's play area with slides and swings.
Outside
The balcony has a dining table and chairs as well as a lounge and coffee table.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away from the complex on a flat promenade around the lagoon. The beach and sea can be seen across the lagoon from the balcony of the apartment. The marina is along the same promenade but a further 15 minutes walk again all on the flat.
Golf
Almerimar golf course is only 1/4 of a mile away and there are further golf courses within 40 minutes of the complex (transport can be arranged prior to arrival).
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski Slopes can be seen from the apartment, a car would be necessary to travel to the ski slopes.
Travel
Almeria Airport is 40 minute drive and is almost all along the E15 dual carriageway (so easy driving). We can arrange collection and return to the airport for an additional cost. Hire cars are available at the airport through all the main operators. Monarch, Jet2, Ryan Air, Easy Jet all operate to Almeria. Malaga Airport is 2 hours away but in the opposite direction again its an easy drive along the E15 dual carriageway, all the major car hire companies operate from Malaga Airport.

Further details
Almerimar has a large choice of traditional Spanish restaurants as well as international restaurants including Chinese and Italian. There are plenty of banks and ATM's that accept most UK bank cards. Supermarkets are readily available around the resort and some do offer English products.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to book the apartment, this is required by either bank transfer or cheque, full payment by the same method is required at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Accidental damage deposit - £150 paid with final payment and will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment and confirmation of no damage or breakages.
