Two bedroom apartment with fabulous views. On complex with large communal pool (late March till end Oct). Peaceful location but still near restaurants, bars and supermarket. 25 minute walk to town or 5 minute bus ride. Stunning views of Nerja town, coastline and mountains. Parking available.

Changeover day
Completely flexible so you can take advantage of all available flights. Prefer property to be vacated by 10am on day of departure and ready after 2pm on day of arrival but this again is flexible with enough notice.

Parking available just outside the accommodation. There are some steps - approx 15.

Communal gardens around whole complex of San Juan. Great terrace with sunbeds, chairs etc. Communal large pool with lifeguards, plus small separate baby pool.

Coast/Beach
5 min drive/20 min walk to Burriana Beach in Nerja. Lots of other local beaches too.

Golf
Closest course 15 min drive at Velez-Malaga, Baviera Golf Casa Club. Plenty of others within 45/60 mins.

Skiing
Available in Solynieve/Sierra Nevada. We often ski so can recommend here inc hotels etc.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 40 min drive away - motorway access to within 1 mile of Nerja town.

Distances
Nerja Caves 10 min drive.
Aqualelis Water Park 15 min drive.
Shops, bars, restaurants in walking distance.
Malaga/Puerto Banus 70 mins, good for a day out.
Granada, Alhambra Palace 90 mins, booking advisable.
Frigliana 15 min drive, narrow cobbled streets in this restored mountain town.
Maro 10 min drive, a picturesque village with small secluded beach with restaurant.

Banks, shops and a whole host of restaurants to suit all tastes and occasions available in Nerja town. Tennis, riding, diving, boat/catamaran hire available. Internet cafes, well equipped gym, 24 hr cash machines available.
