The villa is large and comfortable with air-con in the main rooms and three of the bedrooms. It has Sky TV and ample room to sit everyone down for a meal or BBQ. There is a grass garden on two sides of the house and a patio surrounding the private pool as well as a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The villa also has use of the very large neighbouring communal pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The immediate beach is pebbly with crystal clear water and popular for snorkeling whilst either side of this bay there are long sandy beaches stretching a total of 10kms. There are restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk of the villa. The village centre of Els Poblets is a further 5 minute walk here you will find several other cafes/bars. The larger resort town of Denia can be reached by bus or is a 5 minute drive. Here you will find a busy port and marina, boutique shops, tapas bars and restaurants. A castle and old town and a market.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
All prices inclusive of bedlinen, towels, end of stay clean and utility bills.
Monthly rates of 800 euros per month from November - April for a minimum stay of 1.5 months.
Changeover day
Flexible. Changeover can be any day of the week and the duration is also flexible. The minimum booking is 3 days. Arrival time can be anytime after 2pm and check-out is 10am. Our cleaners will be able to advise if this is flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a private pool and the use of a communal pool. The living areas and three bedrooms on the 1st floor are fully air-conditioned. The attic rooms provide a great space for children. We accept pets but would like to be advised in advance.

Accessibility
There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.
Outside
There is a grass garden on two sides of the property and a patio surrounding the pool. The garden and pool are screened by hedges and are very private. There are 2 exterior tables and seating areas and 4 sun loungers. Most people enjoy to lie on the grass under the shade of the palm tree. You can also use the neighbouring communal pool.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The immediate beach is pebbly with clear water popular for snorkeling and either side of the pebbly bay the sandy beaches stretch for a 10kms.
Golf
There is one 18 hole golf course within a 10 minute drive and a further 2 within 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airport are equal distance from the villa, both are approx 1 hour drive away. The low cost airlines fly into both airports several times a day. It is possible to stay at the villa without a car. However if you are planning to go into Denia resort frequently or you would like to explore further afield a car is necessary. You will need a car to visit the safari parks, water parks and theme parks in the area. We can pre-book a taxi from the airport with notice.
Distances
The villa is in the village of Els Poblets. The next resort and town is Denia which is 10kms away. The safari park is just 3kms. The larger theme parks, water parks and sea-world are 40kms on the motorway (20 mins drive).
Booking notes
We need a 25% deposit to book the villa and the balance must be paid 12 weeks before arrival. If you are booking with less than 12 weeks before your holiday we will require full payment.
