A newly built apartment in gardened grounds that has a peaceful setting yet is near to all the facilities and night life of Benidorm. The apartment has a large balcony with exceptional sea views, and in the gardens there is a large communal pool, tennis courts and a children's playground. On the ground floor is a fully equipped gym. Very secure with porters, very safe for children. We also have a 2 bedroomed apartment nearby, in August we can give you a great deal.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and euros. We have good discounted prices for long winter lets. All our prices are payable in pounds. We also include heating with our prices - it is a very warm south facing flat. Special offer: 3 months let at £160 per week inclusive.

Changeover Saturday. Check out 10am. Check in 4pm.

Main north south motorway A7 is within easy reach.
Car advised but not essential. Buses go from outside of the flats.

Excellent links via taxi and bus into the centre of Benidorm (buses pass the door).
