The villa is situated in a small tranquil hamlet 3km from beautiful fishing and market town of Tossa de Mar. Great sea views from the lounge, garden, patio and master bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a shared pool, as most of the other owners are Spanish it gets little use during the week.There are 3 local restaurants/bars and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance, and just a 7 minute walk to local beach, with water sports, two bars and diving centre. A haven for on and off road with terriffic coastal roads and extensive off road routes in the national park of The Massif of Cadiretes its 5km form the door. A fantastic way to explore the park.
