In the exclusive Parque complex in the heart of Marbella. The first unit is a 4th floor apartment renovated in 2004. The 2nd unit is on the 1st floor and was renovated in January 2008. The complex is well maintained and has two swimming pools as well as a kiddies pool. Shops, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance so there's no need to hire a car, although parking spaces are available for an additional charge. The beach and beautiful marble promenade are just 100metres away and Marbella Old Town is a 10/15minute stroll. Both apartments have air conditioning in all rooms. For golfers you have easy access to many courses within a few minutes drive, and the real bonus is that you're located in central Marbella so when you come back for drinks and dinner there's no driving or taxis involved. This is also a great base for cyclists with rolling coastal roads and plenty of climbing right on your doorstep.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom has a double bed which can be split into two singles. Bedroom 2 again has a double which can be zipped apart to form two singles. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning. Bathrooms: The main bedroom has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment. Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a full oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer and all the usual smaller appliances like toaster, kettle, iron etc. & there's 2 hairdryers. Living Rooms: The lounge has two large sofas and a dining table. The TV has the communal package which includes ITV & Euro sport and there's a DVD and video player. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels (bathroom and pool) are supplied. Bed linen is also supplied. Changes are normally done one per week but additional changes can be arranged at cost. |

Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchair available if required. Needs to be booked in advance.
Balcony - Both overlook the pools and the park.
1/4B is east facing on the 4th floor. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and, while narrow, opens out at the lounge to provide room for a patio table and chairs.
5/1F is west facing and has a large 37sq.m. balcony which is suitable for sunbathing.
Accessibility
Both apartments are all on one level however they would not be suitable for wheelchair access due to the width of the doors and the lifts. The large walk-in shower would be suitable for clients with reduced mobility. 1/4-B is on the 4th floor and 5/1-F is on the 1st.
Outside
The complex has two large pools approx 18m x 6m and a separate kiddies pool. The pools are only for residents use and are open from 10am until 10pm daily.
Coast/Beach
Located just 100m from the promenade and beach which is nice and sandy. The water is shallow in parts which allows you to safely wade up to 50me or more from the beach.
Golf
From central Marbella you can drive to many of the coasts golf courses. Further information available on request.
Travel
Malaga airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. Taxis should be pre-booked for 65 euros each way taking up to 4 passengers. There is also a bus service costing about 5 euros which brings you to Marbella bus station and you can take a taxi from there to the apartments costing about 6 euros.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your stay.
Breakage deposit €100 payable which is refunded following your stay (less any deductions for breakages if applicable).
