In the exclusive Parque complex in the heart of Marbella. The first unit is a 4th floor apartment, the 2nd unit is on the 1st floor. The complex is well maintained and has two swimming pools as well as a kiddies pool. Shops, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance so there's no need to hire a car, although parking spaces are available for an additional charge. The beach and beautiful marble promenade are just 100metres away and Marbella Old Town is a 10/15minute stroll. Both apartments have air conditioning in all rooms. For golfers you have easy access to many courses within a few minutes drive, and the real bonus is that you're located in central Marbella so when you come back for drinks and dinner there's no driving or taxis involved. This is also a great base for cyclists with rolling coastal roads and plenty of climbing right on your doorstep.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Property holds 6-7 people, discounts available during off-season for lower numbers of people sharing.
Long winter lets discount approx 25%. Further details on request. 15% Discount on late bookings made within 2 weeks of travel.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible so you can vary the length of your stay as required.
Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchair available if required. Needs to be booked in advance.
Balcony - Both apartments overlook the pools and the park.
Apartment 1 (1/4B) is east facing on the 4th floor. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and, while narrow, opens out at the lounge to provide room for a patio table and chairs.
Apartment 2 (5/1F) is west facing and has a large 37sq.m. balcony which is suitable for sunbathing.
Wi-Fi is available only in Apartment 1 (1/4B). If you are staying in apartment 2 (5/1F) there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment but it is available locally in the bars and internet cafes.
Accessibility
Both apartments have all rooms on the same level, so no steps inside the apartment. 1/4-B is on the 4th floor and 5/1-F is on the 1st, there is lift access to each floor and the lift is located about 10 metres from the apartment.
We have had clients with reduced mobility staying in both apartments, some on walking frames and others in wheelchairs. However the doors are standard narrow ones so a wheelchair may have to be collapsed to get through the doors. Both have large walk-in showers.
Outside
The complex has two large pools approx 18m x 6m and a separate kiddies pool. The pools are only for residents use and are open from 10am until 10pm daily. Pool-side chairs and pool beds are supplied in the apartment and can be brought to the pool and left there for the duration of your stay, however you must return them to the apartment before departure. The advantage to this is that you have your own private pool beds so you can come and go to the pool at any time.
The complex has 24 hour security and can only be accessed by key holders.
Coast/Beach
Located just 100m from the promenade and beach which is nice and sandy. The water is shallow in parts which allows you to safely wade up to 50me or more from the beach.
Golf
From central Marbella you can drive to many of the coasts golf courses. Further information available on request.
Special interest holidays
Perfect for cycling holidays with rolling coastal roads and plenty of mountain routes once you turn inland. I can provide suggested routes for you. I can also give you a contact for a local company who rent bikes so you don't have to bring your own.
Travel
Malaga airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. Taxis should be pre-booked for 65 euro each way taking up to 4 passengers or 110 euro each way for up to 7 passengers. There is also a bus service costing about 5 euros which brings you to Marbella bus station and you can take a taxi from there to the apartments costing about 6 euros.
Distances
Located in Marbella town centre. About 15 minutes stroll from Marbella Old Town. Puerto Banus is 4 miles west of Marbella.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your stay.
Breakage deposit €100 payable which is refunded following your stay (less any deductions for breakages if applicable).
