Villa Goladrinas is a spectacular property in an idyllic and private location with panoramic and mountain views. The Villa boasts 6000m of Mediterranean gardens, bordered by olive, almond and orange groves. A shady wooded area is perfect for the mid-day siesta-just one of the many outdoor areas created for relaxing and eating 'Al fresco'. The large designer swimming pool is stunning, but if you are tempted to leave the villa the typical Spanish village of Murla is within walking distance whilst the larger villages of Parcent, Orba, Jalon and Alcalali are only a 5 minute drive away. The beach resorts of Calpe, Denia, Moraira, Javea and Altea are only a 30 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure times are Saturday’s only, access is from 4pm and departure is by 9.30am. However outside the high season there may be flexibility in this, dependent upon the length of booking and time of year.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating is available in winter at a surcharge of 60 euros per week.
New - Portal de La Marina Shopping Centre now open at Ondara 10 minutes away in the car, it brings this area of Spain into the 21st Century, definitely the best shoping centre for miles,even better than the shopping centre in Benidorm. Lots of new Clothes shops (especially for the ladies ! :-) ). Eroski Hypermarket for all your food and household requirements, Bowling, Cinema and a food hall, just what we have all come to expect in the UK for years now. It is also at last somewhere to go when we get those odd rainy days, even the kids wont be bored.

Outside
The spectacular 13 meter free-form pool, has an outdoor shower area and a cool jasmine clad pergola, ideal for outdoor dining.
To the rear of the villa is a stone built courtyard where you will find a traditional built in barbeque- yet another choice for 'al freco ' dining.
Coast/Beach
15-20 mins by car takes you to miles and miles of unspoilt wide sandy beaches, or if you prefer you can go to the more popular places such as Benidorm, Calpe or Javea.
Golf
Golf course within 10km.
Skiing
Skiing available in Teruel or Sierra Nevada Mountains, but both are a long distance from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airports are Valencia or Alicante, there is also Murcia airport, which is further away.
Car hire can be arranged by ourselves for you with a very price competitive and well known reliable company. All you have to do is give us your details and we book the car for you. Then as you exit the airport you simply walk across to the car park and collect your reserved car.
Further details
The village of Murla is an easy walk from the villa. It has a shop, bank, a tapas bar and 2 restaurants where it is still regarded as normal to eat a 3 course meal with wine for under 12 euros.
Good restaurants such as the Hostal and Bodega Girasol can be found in the town of Orba.
In the surrounding areas are many good restaurants such as Pepes in Alcalali or El Paradiso in Parecent.
Other places of interest in the area are a 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de Rates), only a 15 mins drive from the villa.
There is also the donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 mins drive away.
Around 50 mins drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park.
Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away.
The area around the property is particularly good for walkers, hikers, cycling, bird watching and sightseeing.
Booking notes
25% on booking, booking can only be confirmed on receipt of deposit and clearance of funds. Balance due within 10 weeks of booking, if the booking is within 10 weeks then the full rent for the period will be required. Also there is a £210 / 300 euros security deposit for breakages, lost keys etc, which is returned to you after the villa has been cleaned and inspected by us.
