Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Prado museum a few subway stations away.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Minimum amount for a rental period is 400 euros. Water and electricity are included. Special discounts are available for long lets. Minimum 200 euros deposit required subject to good use of installations. Final cleaning 90 euros. Studios starting 300 euros a week/850 a month for 1 year contracts.
Changeover day
Arrival after 5pm. Departure before 12pm (noon). Preferably on Saturdays.

Barajas Airport is 20 minutes away via subway, door to door with the buiding. Buses and train station are close by.

Valle de los Caídos, El Escorial, Toledo about 60 minutes travel.

The apartment is about 20 minutes walk to Serrano street which is the most famous and exclusive shopping area. Supermarkets, banks and everything needed for daily activity are numerous in the area.
