Notes on accommodation
The villa complex is split into 2 semis one of which is my personal property. At times we may be present of which you may wish to tap into our local knowledge of the area and may even use as a taxi! Rentals will have priority use over all facilities at although we may share the pool at times.
Outside
The outer area consists of a large 10m x 5m pool with terrace that has 4 sun loungers and a large terrace area that has a garden table and 4 chairs with umbrella. There is a separate lower level garden area with a brick barbecue, large stone table with bench seats and shaded by bamboo covered pagoda. The villa boasts a large tennis court and the following activities are available. Tennis, basketball, football, pub style pool table, darts, garden bowls and facility for pool volleyball. There is car parking spaces for 3 cars.
Coast/Beach
Glorious Gandia beach is a 15 min drive away and is considered a fantastic beach for water sports such as windsurfing and sailing.
Golf
Oliva Nova Golf course is a 25 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
Excellent climbs in Gandia area especially for novice / intermediate highly regarded see rockfax. Mountain biking is also very puplular in this area.
Travel
The nearest airport is Valencia which is 1 hour away. Alicante is approx 1 hours 20 mins away. Car hire is required.
Benidorm 45 mins.
Distances
There are 3 traditional spanish bars in the local village 3 or 4 mins by car from the villa offering excellent food and tapas or you may just want to sit outside and admire the wonderfull scenery.
Further details
Gandia has many attractions. You can wander around the pretty streets and shop, or relax in one of many tapas bars. The commercial centre there offers cinema, arcade and bowling. There are also plenty of supermarkets. There is a sailing club and harbour. Marxuquera itself is renowned for its natural beauty ideal for walking, hiking, rock climbing, mountain and road biking and also horse riding. Boat trips run from Gandia to Denia, Calpe, Javea and Althea daily from 8am returning at 10pm. Benidorm is 45 mins drive away where you can enjoy such attractions as the theme park Terra Mittica and terra natura. In Valencia is the L'Oceanographic and Museum of Science amongst many other regional attractions.

30% deposit payable immediately to secure booking. The balance plus £150 damage deposit payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.
No smoking inside the villa.
