Notes on accommodation
The villa is split into 2 semis one of which is my personal property although the rental villa does have priority use of pool, tennis court and activities. At times we may be present of which you may wish to tap into our local knowledge of the area and may even use as a taxi!

Outside
There is a private pool with terrace that has 3 sun loungers and a large terrace area that has a garden table and 4 chairs with umbrella. There is a separate lower level garden area with a brick barbecue which also has table and chairs. The villa boasts a large tennis court area which can be used also for football (nets included) and table tennis. 2 mountain bikes are included. There is car parking spaces for 3 cars.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Gandia is a 15 min drive away and is considered the best beach for water sports such as windsurfing and sailing.
Golf
Oliva Nova Golf course is a 20 min drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Valencia which is 45 mins away. Alicante is approx 1 hours 15 mins away. Car hire is required. Benidorm 45 mins.
Distances
There are 3 bars in the local village 3 or 4 mins by car from the villa offering excellent food and tapas. There is a restaurant called Imperial Dos approx 3 miles away which is well recommended.
Further details
Gandia has many attractions. You can wander around the pretty streets and shop, or relax in one of many tapas bars. The commercial centre there offers cinema and bowling. There are also plenty of supermarkets. There is a sailing club and harbour. Marxuquera itself is renowned for its natural beauty ideal for walking, hiking, rock climbing, mountain and road biking and also horse riding. Boat trips run from Gandia to Denia, Calpe, Javea and Althea daily from 8am returning at 10pm. Benidorm is 50 mins drive away where there is the theme park Terra Mittica and a nature park. In Valencia is the L'Oceanographic and Museum of Science.

30% deposit payable immediately to secure booking. The balance plus £150 damage deposit payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. No smoking inside the villa.
