Residencial Los Eucaliptos consists of 90 apartments, with an underground car park space included with each property. A lift serves each building which consists of just six apartments. Taylor Woodrow provides a 24 hour a day, emergency service. Los Eucaliptos is also surrounded by landscaped gardens and has two communal swimming pools.
Coast/Beach
The Costa del Sol is Europe’s all-year-round favored holiday destination. It consists of a string of fine sandy beaches, where the average water temperature is 64ºF and picturesque towns which have abundant tourist amenities. Attractions include zoos, water parks, casinos and amusement parks. Marbella is the Costa quality resort; its restaurants and bars are stylish.
Golf
Set amongst the Ronda hills, Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is just a short drive from San Pedro de Alcantara and Puerto Banus and has lovely scenic views all the way down to the Mediterranean. This is one of the most tranquil and stunning settings to be found on the coast. Accuracy and direction rather than length are key factors in producing a good round. Los Arqueros was the first Costa del Sol course designed by Seve Ballesteros and opened in 1991. It remains a challenge to all levels of player. The atmosphere at the club is both friendly and welcoming.

Marbella is the Costa del Sol's quality resort; its restaurants and bars are stylish. The old town is hidden away and retains some its medieval charm. It has good clothing stores and restaurants. The exclusive Puerto Banus, is where you will find the casino and seriously large yachts. Visitors who drive just a few miles inland to the villages in the hills around Ronda will discover a Spain completely untouched by tourism, with village markets and tapas bars to be explored.
In addition to golf, there are many activities available in the area, such as sailing, windsurfing, deep sea fishing, climbing, tennis, horse riding and the new horse racing course at Mijas. The Sierra Nevada, a well known skiing destination is only 2 hours by car, as is the famous town of Granada.
