Situated seconds away from the principal archway into the old walled quarter, it benefits from being situated on a quiet street with parking available directly outside. The apartment has great light, however, it is cool in the summer. The fascinating old town is on your doorstep and the beaches are only 5 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in UK Pounds.
Minimum rental time is 5 nights at the above rates, shorter rents have an additional surcharge. Shorter rents are not available in August.
Prices include water, electricity gas, fresh towels and bedding.
Changeover day
Guests are asked to arrive after 3.30pm and to vacate the property by about 11am on the day of departure. This allows us time to clean. If the apartment is ready earlier we will let you know.

Great for nature lovers with mountains, forests and beaches. A birdwatcher's paradise.
Travel
The cheapest flights are to Jerez with Ryanair which is 1.5 hour's drive, after that is Malaga which is 1.45 hour's, and Gibraltar which is only 40 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Payment:
50% to secure booking (by bank transfer UK or Spanish), 50% cash on arrival or internet payment if you are staying longer than 5 nights.
A deposit of £150 cash (200 euros) is also payable against damage or breakages returned on exit of the property.

Hi Jon, Belle and I wanted to say thanks for all your help in sorting out our holiday. Your apartment was fantastic; a perfect size and couldn’t have been situated in a better spot. Danielle and Steph kept us on our toes although I am certain they wished we hadn’t hung out in their bar so often. Bossa was always a good place to start an evening off. Belle even did a stint behind the bar which I’m sure Steph will tell you all about. We had a hoot anyway although our house hunting led to nothing. We did find a very nice property in La Pena which would be ideal.
