Three bedroom luxury apartment. The ideal location for all golfers and families. For golfers - overlooks the 9th/18th hole of the famous Guadalmina Golf Course and is literally just across the road from the superb club house, less than 3 minutes walk away! Guadalmina has 2 acclaimed courses, north and south, a par 3 9-hole course, driving range and putting green. Many other choices of golf courses within a short drive along what is known as the Costa del Golf. For families – a safe and secure community for families with children with great choice of pools, play areas and BBQs. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the 2 balconies directly overlook 2 secluded pools for parents to keep an eye on the kids. Less than 5 mins drive to Guadalmina beach with water sports, jet skis, bar/restaurant. For the more adventurous, a water-skiing lake is 2 minutes away. The small, distinctly Spanish town of San Pedro is a walk away for bars, restaurants and shops.

At time of booking, a 25% deposit will be charged at that day's £ - € exchange rate, balance then due on arrival in cash, in euros.
Full payment can be accepted in Sterling by cheque or direct into UK bank account and also in euros into Spanish bank account.
Payment by PayPal also possible, but will incur an extra charge to cover PayPal's commission. Minimum stay 1 week. Discount for all lets of 3 weeks or more.

Accessibility
Like most newly constructed apartments in Spain, the apartment is designed with disabled accessibility in mind.
Outside
2 huge private terraces to enjoy. The 1st and largest is accessed both from the lounge and from the master bedroom. This terrace has a relaxing, outside seating area with comfortable, cushioned chairs and coffee table, outside dining area with seating for 6. The 2nd terrace is totally separate and is accessed directly from both twin bedrooms. It has large comfortable sun-loungers and looks over the golf course and secluded pool. The communal gardens are terrific, with a choice of pools, children's play areas and communal barbecues to use. The balconies of our apartment overlook the pools so parents can easily keep an eye on the kids from the comfort of the apartment. Secure underground parking with allocated parking space.
The resort itself has a good choice of bars and restaurants (including Indain and Chinese), banks, fitness centre, hairdressers and supermarket. All a short walk or drive away.
Coast/Beach
The unspoilt and quiet Guadalmina beach is a short drive away where you will find a lovely bar/chiringuito for great food, sun shades and loungers for hire and a choice of water sports including jet ski hire.
Golf
This apartment is ideal for golfing groups. On the doorstep of Guadalmina Golf Course itself, a short walk to the club house - the perfect location. Driving range and putting green close by as well as a huge choice of other golf courses within a short drive.
Travel
Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both approx 40 mins drive away. A car is recommended for your stay, but we can provide airport pick-up and drop-off service if required. Ask for details.
Distances
Within a 5 min drive is the quaint town of San Pedro where you will find traditional shops, cafes and excellent tapas bars to while your time away. A short walk down the main promenade takes you to the golden beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars). Puerto Banus and Marbella are both short drives away with a bigger choice of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Rub shoulders with the glitzy in-crowd and admire the million dollar yachts and boats in the marina.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit secures your booking and dates. At the time of booking we also ask for a refundable £200 damage/key loss deposit which will be returned to you once the property has been checked and any deductions made for breakages / damage. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival at which point information and keys will be sent out to you.
