Our latest guests have been calling it paradise. This rural house with clear swimming pool is a 5 minute walk from the city of Lanjaron, Located in "La Vega" garden region full of orchards, chestnut trees and traditional gardens. It is still cultivated in the same fashion as it was hundreds of years ago. It has a beautiful view of the valley to the Mediterranean and peaceful surroundings to hike and explore. Its perfect location makes the house a convenient base for daily trips to the High Alpujarra Villages, the Mediterranean beaches and historic Granada. Lanjaron has the richest cultural life of the Alpujarra region with plenty of rural traditions, historic health spa, restaurants, and diverse entertainment.

Outside
There is a garden, outdoor pool terrace with a fantastic view (see photo), shared swimming pool, organic vegetable garden and barbecue available to our guests. Varius outdoor patios to enjoy, one is covered (see photo).

Coast/Beach
It is a 35 minute drive to the Mediterranean beaches and 40 minutes to Granada/Alhambra castle.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is excellent and about an
hour and 20 min drive from the house.

50 min drive to Granada airport and 2 hrs along the coast to Malaga international airport.

Distances
40 min drive the famous white villages of Pampeniera,
Capilera and Bubion.

3 min walk away are carius resturants, banks, supermarkets, farmers produce, meats and bakeries. Also the Balneario (medicinal spa) that Lanjaron is famous for offers message, saunas, medicinal waters, etc.
