Within easy reach of interesting places to visit such as Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa, Cádiz, Jerez and many more. It is 35 minitues' drive from some of the best beaches in Europe, including the enchanting Bolonia or Baelo Claudia, as it was known by the Romans who founded it. For keen golfers, in addition to the Fairplay golf course, there are several other courses within easy reach.

| Bedrooms: | Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ample cupboards. The principal bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm bed and the other two bedrooms have the same but with zip-together mattresses and linked bases, forming single beds, if required. Two cots. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are en-suite and have large baths and separate walk-in showers. There is also a cloakroom off the hall with basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with large ceramic hob, oven, microwave, heated cabinet for keeping plates and food warm, double refrigerator with chilled filtered water and automatic icemaker, dishwasher and extractor fan. |

| Living Rooms: | The living room is very large with fireplace and five meter high wood-lined ceiling. It has two large sofas and two armchairs, an upholstered card table and attractive furniture. Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, sound system. Dining area and hall. |

All linen and towels are provided. The property is cleaned once a week but arrangements can be made for daily cleaning. |

Accessibility
The entrance, living room, kitchen, cloakroom, one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are up a short staircase of six steps.
Outside
The house overlooks the very beautiful golf course and across lakes and trees to Vejer de la Frontera in the distance. It is not overlooked by any other house and has ample terracing - some covered with wood-lined pitched ceiling over comfortable seating. Six sunbeds. Outside dining table and chairs. Attractive garden with lawns and flower beds. A 5 x 10 meter salt-water swimming pool with water cascade. Private parking. The pool is cleaned every day and the garden is well tended.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are numerous and among the best available in Europe. Allow about thirty-forty minutes drive.
Golf
The house is part of the Fairplay Golf Course at Benalup and guests can use the facilities of both the golf course and the hotel. They can also hire buggies and access the course directly from the house. The hotel tennis courts are a few minutes' walk from the house.
Travel
It is necessary to hire a car and the nearest airports are Jerez and Gibraltar which are about 50-60 minutes away. Seville and Malaga are within reasonable access - approximately 2 hours away.
Distances
Benalup is the small town with shops, banks and chemists, adjacent to the golf complex and it is surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside.
Further details
The house is well placed for excursions to many interesting places including Seville, Jerez, San Lucar de Barrameda, Cádiz, Puerto Santa Maria, Vejer de la Frontera, Tarifa, and many more. These places and the beach areas have many good restaurants at all prices. The countryside is wonderful for walking in, bicycling, or horse riding. During the autumn, winter, spring and early summer the wild flowers are at their best.
