Javea is the gem of the Costa Blanca. The new 'Bulevares de Jávea' complex is situate close to the beach and to Jávea's attractive little port and yacht marina. The apartment is at ground floor leael and is in a quiet location since it does not overlook the lawns and pool area. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the yachting port of Javea with its many restaurants, bars and shops etc. and yet only 300m from the sea.

Changeover day
Normally a Saturday but, whilst this has to be adhered to in high season, we are flexible for out of season bookings.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of draws. En-suite. The 2nd bedroom has fitted wardrobe and twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1.
Shower with WC and vanity unit.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with hob (4 rings gas) plus electric oven and rotisserie, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and double sink.
Utility Room: There is a small terrace off the kitchen with laundry sink and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Living/dining area with dining facilities for 4, two x 2-seater sofas, TV, coffee table, dresser and trolley.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen (except beach towels) is supplied and changed weekly. Nominal laundry charge Euro 10 pp/per week and there is a single contribution to final cleaning of 50 euros.

Notes on accommodation
Water, gas and electricity is included (although gas central heating in winter is meter-read and charged at cost). Cots and highchairs can be hired (at 18 and 12 euros per week, respectively) - these must be booked in advance.

Outside
A terrace through the French windows has a table and 4 chairs. Shared pool.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 300-400m distant on foot.

Golf
We are also ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 10 mins away. 9 hole course which is more difficult than it looks, has superb views of the 'landmark' mountain, Montgó, dominating Jávea (Green fees approx 65 euros). Towards Denia (c.15 mins) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.30 mins) new course at Oliva (18-hole, designed by Seve Ballesteros) and just south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course - at El Saler.

Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante 75km and Valencia 120km. Very special competitive car-hire rates are available to us via the region's No.1 Company - please ask for tariffs before booking. A car is not essential but useful in spite of the proximity of facilities (one is usually needed to get from the airport).

Distances
There is easy access to shops, beaches, sporting facilities and restaurants (listing is provided - we now have 6-7 Michelin stars in the immediate area).

Further details
Terra Mitica theme park is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down the AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park - website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science and Oceanographic parks (5000 different fish) at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing.

Booking notes
Deposit approx. one third on signature of contract. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Returnable security deposit (max) €300 (depending on duration of let).
