Fascinating area to stay, vast sandy beach within 10 mins walk, only short bus or metro trip to old city centre, close to City of Sciences and Arts. Supermarket, market and cash machines nearby. Many bars, restaurants and clubs all within a close distance. Excellent bus and metro connections.

Travel
Valencia airport is roughly 20 mins away by car/taxi (approx. 20 euros). The metro from the airport takes you to the nearest stop, (Francisco Cubbells) 300m from the apartment. You don't need a car to experience Valencia, the transport infrastructure is cheap, extensive and very reliable.

'A lovely spacious flat in a fabulous location. The front overlooks a small square with a beautiful old building (housing art exhibitions) where you can watch Valencian life. It's an easy walk to the port and the beach where the America's cup activity is and also good access to local shops. An easy bus ride from the old town and Science centre etc. Clean, comfortable, easy access via a lift and not aware of any noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay'
