Torrevieja is situated just 25 miles south of Alicante airport. This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm, welcoming ambience and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. The villas are situated in the quiet residential area of 'Flamingo Hills', Playa Flamenca. They are close to many sandy beaches and coves and are also in close proximity to a choice of bars and restaurants. The properties are decorated in modern Mediterranean style, and each consist of 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people, spacious lounge/dining area and bathroom with bath and shower. Three villas have a roof terrace, front patio and private gardens.

Special offer on 2 week bookings as shown above. A security/breakage deposit is required which is fully refundable assuming there are no breakages or extra cleaning required. This is paid with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can arrange cot and highchair hire for £10 per week, per item.

All properties have either ceiling fans or stand-up fans and all are suitable for families with children. We can arrange Cot & High chair hire for £10 per week, per item.
Accessibility
Property 41 is all on one level except for the roof terrace where there are stairs and there are 3 steps up to the front door. The other 3 properties have stairs that lead up to the bedrooms and roof terrace.
Outside
All properties have outside furniture as described in the property details above. Properties 59, 62 and 63 are all overlooking the communal swimming pool which has a children’s section at one end, property 41 is just a few steps away. There is a large selection of restaurants and bars within 5-10 mins walk. The restaurants include Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian and International. There is also a choice of large supermarkets close by and a Saturday street market that is ideal for buying fresh fruit and vegetables, ceramics, leather goods and clothes.
Coast/Beach
There are many sandy beaches and coves within walking distance or a 5 min drive away.
Golf
Several golf courses are closeby. Villa Martin, Campoamoar and Las Ramblas are just 10 mins drive away.
Travel
Alicante airport is a 35 min drive to the north and Murcia airport is a 25 minute drive to the south. We can arrange car hire or airport transfers for you.
Further details
The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Playa Flamenca is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from our properties. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and a large supermarket nearby. There is also a weekly market where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes and gifts. Torrevieja town centre is only a 10 minute drive away. It is a great place for shopping, taking a walk along the promenade or just sitting in one of the many outside cafes, sampling the local 'tapas' and watching the world go by.

The rates quoted are for up to 4 people. There is a price reduction on 2 week bookings as shown in the price table. We require a deposit to confirm the booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. A security/breakage deposit is also required which is fully refundable assuming there are no breakages.
