Our penthouse apartment includes 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with King size bed and en suite bathroom, private balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds (pushed together makes a king size) there is 2nd bathroom very close to bedroom 2.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and independent air-conditioning units.
The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and includes all home comforts.
Large comfortable lounge with dining area, TV, music centre, under floor heating (for the winter) also with air-conditioning.
In the kitchen and utility area there is a microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron etc. Granite worktops and a free standing food preparation area.
A picnic hamper is also available for use at the beach, or days out.
The roof garden is private and perfect for sunbathing and entertaining having a large table and 6 chairs (two reclining), 2 sunbeds.
A kitchen area with sink, built-in BBQ and shower.

A single spare bed is available.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds (pushed together makes a king size), a French balcony again with good views.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and independent air conditioning units.
The kitchen and utility area includes oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron etc. Granite worktops and a free standing food preparation area.

 

Notes on accommodation
Apartment with full under-floor heating in the winter and full air conditioning in the summer. The complex is suitable for young and old. Many local fisherman, fish by the entrance to the Marina which is also visible.

Accessibility
There are wheelchair friendly ramps to access the complex and also lifts to the apartments, the apartment is on one level. Therefore ideal for the less mobile.

Outside
The complex is suitable for young and old. Outside there is swimming pool, paddling pool, tennis courts, green area, children’s play area.

Coast/Beach
Many local fisherman, fish by the entrance to the marina which is also visible. Beach 300 hundred yards away. The road which runs through La Manga also offers the cyclist the safety of a cycle-lane, cycling by the waters edge and beach is truly wonderful at any time of the year. The strip is also a paradise for those who like to stroll by the waters edge and maybe call in at the the 2 nearby beach bars and restaurants El Estacion and Playa Chica, both within a short walk away.

Golf
The apartment is only around a 20 min drive to the prestigous La Manga golf complex with 3 championship golf courses - or if you want something a little easier there is a very good par 27 golf course less than 5 mins drive away with driving range.

Travel
It is not necessary to hire a car, we could arrange a pick up at the airport should you prefer at an extra cost. The nearest airport is San Javier which is 40 minutes away from the apartment alternatively; you can use Alicante which is 1 hour and 40 mins.

Distances
Should you wish to discover more of the history of the region, there is a tourist office at the beginning of the strip near Cabo de Palos. There are many museums within a short drive away.

Further details
There is an excellent supermarket on the entrance of the complex. Banks just a few mins drive away.

Booking notes
£100 booking deposit is required per week booked the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. A £100 breakages deposit is also to be paid which will be returned after inspection usually refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
