For shared use there are grounds of 780sqm a garden, swimming pool with built-in steps (8x 4m), a terrace and garden furniture. In the apartment there is a washing machine. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 2.9km, restaurant, bar 800m, sports harbour 1.4km. Sandy beach 1.4km, bathing bay 1.4km, tennis 800m. Scuba diving (PADI courses can be arranged)in the pool. Sailing, golf, mountain climbing and hill walking nearby.

Special interest holidays
PADI scuba diving courses can be booked and will take place at the villa and local beaches.
Travel
Access: motorway AP-7, exit number junction 64. Then road N332. Access via a good road. Railway station in the resort. The famous symbol of Calpe is the "Penon de Ifach" a huge rock which rises up behind the fishing harbour. Market on Saturdays. Car recommended. During hot dry periods water could become scarce. Calpe is ideal for winter holidays too thanks to its mild climate. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 130km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 75km.

The Costa Blanca region stretches from the Gulf of Valencia to Cabo de Palos. Costa Blanca is for the most part, flat and sandy and is sprinkled with many beaches and holiday resorts from lively Benidorm to the more typical resorts of Denia and Javea. Holidaymakers can enjoy this region all year round because of its extremely mild climate.

Hi my name is Keith I took early retirement eight years ago and moved to Spain with my wife Enid our son was already living in Spain and now lives with us in the second apartment with his partner and baby. We started renting the one bedroom apartment six years ago, we have a mixed clientele French, English, Americans,Germans they all love the views and enjoy climbing, walking relaxing by the pool we hope you will visit us soon.
