Outside
Kidney shaped pool with underwater lights for sole use of guests. Lounge leads onto a covered terrace with cushioned cane furniture and coffee table. More terraced areas and 2 tables and chairs for outside dining and relaxing. Sunloungers around the pool. Movable BBQ, car port. Completely flat, enclosed lush garden with palm trees.
Coast/Beach
Denia, Javea, Calpe and Moraira are about 30 mins drive away with beautiful sandy beaches and marinas. Benidorm about 45 mins drive away.
Golf
La Sella (Denia) is an excellent, beautiful and secluded golf course, 18 holes. Club Oliva 18 hole course, 20 mins away. Calpe and Javea golf courses both about 30 mins away.
Travel
Valencia and Alicante are of equal distance away, each about 75 mins drive. Car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
Orba 2km away, lovely walk through orange groves on flat ground. Tormos 5 mins walk. Jalon Valley about 15 mins drive. Terra Mitica adventure theme park, Mundomar dolphin/seal shows, Aqualandia water theme park, Terra Natura animal theme park are all in Benidorm about 45 mins drive. Limestone caves in Benidoleig about 10 mins drive.
Further details
The village of Tormos has a pharmacy, baker and tabaco shop. "Casa del Cultura" and "Bar Tormos" are within easy walking distance for food, wine and socializing the 'Spanish way'. Orba village has 3 banks with 24hr cash machines, many restaurants, bars, shops and a medical centre. There are many idyllic Spanish villages tucked away in the mountains behind Orba, just a short drive away. 'The Real Spain'!
On the other hand, for those who like to "shop till they drop", a new shopping centre called "Portal de la Marina" opened in February 2008 near Ondara. Very easy to get to, 10-15 min drive. It has a hypermarket, cinemas, designer shops, cafés, bars and eateries of all descriptions.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required when booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A further deposit of £100 will be required with your final balance in respect of damages or losses, refunded within a week of departure and inspection.
