Our 130sqm apartment is situated in a privileged location. There is a balcony sight (left) at the yacht harbour. You are in the middle of the old city, 1 block behind the Ramblas. Columbus harbour at 200 meters. Really the best of Barcelona downstairs. Our street is just behind the first building of Ramblas and therefore peaceful day and night. At 500 meters you have Barcelona Shopping centre. Remarkable is our 25m2 kitchen, recently reformed in old style with oak, inox and local white marble and professional equipment as f.i. a 4ft Smeg A3-5 cooker, industrial dishwasher and dining-table for 6, which makes our place ideal for Gourmets and them who like to cook and enjoy having one of Europe's most spectacular fresh Markets at just 300 meters: The Boqueria. | Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Double (1 extra change) of towels and linen are included for the number of persons you reserve, also kitchen towels etc. They are not cleaned during your stay. There is a laundry close. |
Notes on accommodation
Central heathing - Air conditioning. Our apartment is at the so called Principal (main floor). This means that there is a first floor Entresol (inbetween floor) Upon ours is the so called first floor. So, 2 stairs there is no lift. Ask for any service you need, we are pleased to help you.

Barcelona Beach and Olympic Harbour just 10 minutes walk or 2 stops with Bus 64 (in front of the apartment).
Travel
Apatment located directly in front of bus, taxi and metro stops. Absolutely no need to rent a car!
Airport: Taxi: 20/25 minutes aprox. 25€
AeroBus: Aprox. 25/30 minutes. Departuresin front of all airport terminals every 10 minutes. 5€ p.p.
To the apartment step off Plaça Catalunya and take a taxi to the apartment (about 5 minutes and 5-7 Euro) or Metro to station Drassanes (L3)
Further details
In front of the apartment there are 5 bus lines. 3 more at 100m and Underground at 200m (Drassanes). There are guides and maps.
Booking notes
25% of the rent should be paid in advance by bank transfer to confirm reservation. The remaining part 4 weeks before check-in date. On arrival 300 euro guarantee deposit should be paid cash and will be returned the day you leave. A cleaning fee will be charged: 50 € for 1-2 persons, 85 € for up to 5 persons. This is so because we don't charge by-person-per-night. Included are tax, electricity, gas, extra change of towels, linen and kitchen towels etc. Minimum stay 4 days.
House swap
The apartment and linen etc, will not be cleaned during your stay.
