This is a delightfully furnished Spanish styled 2 bedroom first floor apartment, sleeping 4 people, sited in the rural setting of Daya Vieja village. It is only a 2 minute stroll from bars and restaurants and 10 mins drive from Guardamar blue flag beach with its miles of fine white sand. Whilst the beaches and all the amenities of Guardamar are a short car journey, this property is just far enough away to enjoy plenty of peace and quiet. It combines the experience of real Spain and at the same time offers an easy drive to everything a resort town has to offer. The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances, offering you the perfect facilities for a private, self-contained holiday. It offers you a nice sized balcony with a hard wood patio set. You also have a large roof terrace with views to the Sierra Callosa Nevada mountain range and the vast inland citrus fruit growing areas. You have a shared swimming pool within 200 meters of your apartment.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is in a semi rural setting. Its attractiveness is the tranquil charm that the location offers, together with its central positioning. The rooms are generous in size for a property of this type and equivalent accommodation closer to resort centres will normally reflect a higher overall rental cost. A hire car is recommended to take day trips and these can be obtained relatively cheaply at both Alicante and Murcia airports.
Outside
The outdoor balcony on this property extends the length of the living and dining area combined. The access to the balcony is via sliding patio doors. Outside there is a hard wood table and chairs with seating for 4 persons. Altogether the perfect place to enjoy refreshments and benefit from the sun all day. Additionally you have a private roof terrace and an outside shower to freshen up after sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is Guardamar 10 min drive away. Torrevieja a major tourist resort is a 20 min car journey. Benidorm is also easily accessible via the motorway or by train.
Golf
The nearest golf course is La Maquesa 10 mins drive away. Several more courses are easily reached via the AP70 motorway within 5 mins of Daya Vieja.
Travel
The location of this apartment is served by 2 international airports Alicante 30 mins by taxi or hire car or Murcia airport which is a similar travelling distance. Low Cost airlines including Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair fly scheduled services from a wide range of UK and Irish cities.
Distances
Guardamar resort is 10 mins drive to the south. Village facilities are less than a 2 min walk. Other local towns including Rojales,Almoradi and Dolores are 5-10 mins drive away.

The village of Daya Vieja, with its excellent road links and central location, is an ideal base if you are looking to purchase your own property. Additionally a wide range of supermarkets, stores, local government establishments and banks are available within easy driving distance.
Booking notes
Summary of booking conditions: A reservation will be provisionally held for 48 hours in time to book a suitable flight. A 50% deposit is payable to secure accommodation following that time. Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to departure. As a courtesy to other guests please refrain from smoking inside the property.
