With the beautiful sandy beach just 100 metres away, a luxurious local lifestyle, beautiful surroundings and the sun-filled days of Marbella's wonderful micro-climate, a memorable holiday awaits you at our lovely first floor apartment in Jardines del Mar. Being an apart-hotel there is an on-site restaurant, shop and games room as well as 24hr reception and free parking. The apartment has air-con and heating and has recently been completely refurbished throughout to a very high standard. It has twin beds, 2 sofas, dining table and satellite television inc. BBC1 and BBC2, full sized bathroom and marble floors. Extremely good quality bedlinen and towels are provided, as is a weekly maid service when the apartment is cleaned and the beds changed. A fold-out bed and cot are available.

Changeover day
Our changeover day is flexible.

| Living Rooms: | Two comfortable sofas, four seater dining table, satellite television, DVD player, mini hi-fi system. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
For stays of two weeks and over there is a weekly change of bedlinen and towels with a clean of the apartment included in the rate. Bedlinen and towels for the bathroom are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has very efficient air-conditioning and heating. It also has a telephone that can receive incoming calls.
Outside
The spacious and sunny terrace overlooks the 2 pools and gardens and has sun-loungers, table and chairs plus an additional settee. There are separate swimming pools for adults and young children set in very extensive and beautiful mature gardens stocked with many sub-tropical plants and with steps, a stream, bridge and waterfalls. Sun loungers are available in the gardens. As an apart-hotel you can also take advantage of the on-site restaurant, shop, beauty salon, games-room, parking and 24hr reception. Our complex, Jardines del Mar, is ideally located next door to the prestigious Don Pepe Hotel in the quiet commercial and residential area of Marbella itself. Within walking distance are the wonderful local sights, the heart of the town, parks, shops, numerous excellent restaurants, tapas-bars and bars. The complex is also about 100 metres from the promenade and sandy beach to which there is direct access.
Coast/Beach
Ideally located just 100 metres to one of the best gently shelving and sandy beaches in Marbella with its many beachside chiringuitos, restaurants and shops, our lovely apartment is also just a short walk along the beautiful promenade that goes directly in to the town.
Golf
There are at least 20 golf courses in the surrounding area, many of which are of an extremely good standard, including Aloha, La Dama de Noche, Las Brisas, LosNaranjos, La Quinta, Guadalmina, Rio Real, Santa Clara and Marbella Golf. Skiing
Skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada near to Granada which is about a two hour drive away.
Travel
Malaga Airport is approximately 35 minutes drive. Car hire is not essential as there is a nearby bus service however renting a car would provide additional flexibility to explore the area.
Distances
It benefits from being in quiet surroundings yet is close to many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Indeed just a short distance away are the wonderful sights of the pedestrianised old town including the lovely 'Orange Square' and the narrow white-washed alleys with their hidden tapas bars and flower-filled squares. Also waiting to be explored is the heart of Marbella itself with its many shops, marina and promenade.
Further details
Marbella is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. Five minutes away is the world-renowned Puerto Banus, still home of the cosmopolitan jetset with its fabulous restaurant and bar-lined marina and numerous designer shops providing a focal point for the Coast's sophisticated nightlife. As well as the nearby coastal towns of Puerto Banus, Mijas, San Pedro and Estepona, it is well worth venturing inland to visit Ronda and the beautiful white-walled towns of Benahavis and Casares (1 to 2 hours away). Malaga has a lovely pedestrianised old quarter with a labyrinth of streets and squares which are great fun to explore, as well as being a very good place to buy shoes at remarkable prices! Also within easy travelling distance are the wonderful cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba (2 to 3 hours away), and of course just along the coast is Gibraltar with its apes, caves and tax-free shopping!
Please let us know if we can help to arrange a hire car for you as we have been using for many years a very good and reasonably priced company that has a collection point within the terminal building at Malaga airport (therefore there is no minibus journey to an off-airport site!). We would require a confirmation email, a deposit of £100 per week with the balance to be paid in euros following your arrival when we come to see you.
