It features a private balcony (with a table and chairs) to enjoy the view that includes the entire port/sea, Mont Juic, the Born, Tibidabo, the top of the Cathedral, the Sagrada Familia, the Torre Agbar and much more! Direct sunlight all day long. Strategically placed, the flat directly faces the sea, with a taxi and bus stop directly in front of the building. It is a 2 minute walk to the Barceloneta metro stop, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as Barcelona's fashionable Born neighborhood (popular for its many restaurants and bars). The Barceloneta market with individual stands of fresh fruit and vegetables is located only two blocks away from the apartment.

20 minute taxi ride to airport. Perfect flat for walking to the center of Barcelona and located directly in front of bus, taxi and metro stops. Absolutely no need to rent a car!

This area includes some of the best restaurants in the city, inlcuding: Can Manel (Passeig Joan de Borbó 60. 93 221 5013). Try their Fideua with alioli, paella and fish soup!
Somorrostro (San Carles 11, 93 225 0010). Nouvelle cuisine with outstanding evening menus.
Bestial Ramón Trías Fargas 2-4, (93 224 0407). Wonderful food and beautiful outdoor terrace facing the beach.
Set Portes (Pg. d'Isabel II 14, La Ribera 93 319 29 50). Another excellent restaurant.
Mosquito (Carders 46, 93 268 75 69). Great Asian Tapas restaurant.
Txacolín (Marquès de l'Argentera, 11, Barcelona, 91.268.17.81). Some of the best tapas, montaditos and pinchos in Barcelona.

Booking notes
At least 50% of the payment for the flat should be made in advance using a bank transfer or paypal. The remainder should be paid in cash at the check in, as well as a 200 euro security deposit and a 40 euro one-time cleaning fee. The minimum stay is for 3 nights.
