El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia, still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

The large balcony has views of the valley. It has a large table and seating for 4 people also 2 sun chairs.
Coast/Beach
Spend a day lying on one of the many blue flag beaches or enjoying water sports on the Mar Menor Sea at only a 20 min drive.
Golf
This apartment is on one of the best golf courses in the area. However if this is not enough La Torre is a 8 min drive and Mosa Trajectum is on the doorstep. Plus another 5 golf courses are available.
Travel
The resort is at a 20 min drive from Murcia airport or an hour from Alicante.
Further details
Building work is currently still evident whilst restaurants/shops etc are being built, away from the apartment. Rental prices reflect that some facilities are not yet complete. It is quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to relax.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. Long term lets available.
