Notes on prices
Rates are per week for the apartment inclusive of a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels), reasonable electricity usage and a final clean.
Rates are based on an occupancy of 6 people, additional guests up to a maximum of 8 are charged at an extra £50 per person, per week.
Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more are available, please contact us for details.

Changeover day
During high season it is preferable for changeover days to be on Friday/Saturday, however at times we can be flexible so please do contact us to enquire. If we have a booking starting on the same day as a departing guest, the checkout time will be 11am.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has great sea view, double bed, en-suite, good storage space, hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 has great sea view, 2 single beds, good storage space.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, good storage space, hairdryer.
All bedrooms have shutters on the windows.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 - has twin sinks, wc, bidet and bath with shower over.
Main bathroom - has sink, wc, bidet and bath with shower over.
Both bathrooms are beautifully finished in high quality cream marble and have ample storage facility.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen comprising of large fridge/freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a full comprehensive range of cooking utensils, crockey, cutlery and glasses to accommodate 8 people.
Utility Room: Off the kitchen, the utility terrace has a large outdoor storage cupboard, clothes airers and a selection of children's beach toys, lilo's and body boards for guest use during their stay.
Living Rooms: The lounge has 2 three seater leather sofas (1 being a double sofa bed), large TV with Sky reception, English channels, DVD and large assortment of DVD's. The feature dome houses the dining area with table, 6 chairs, side cupboard with books and games.
Other: The very large south facing terrace with fabulous sea view is a consistant favorite amongst our guests and has been furnished with built in BBQ, sunbeds, tables/chairs, parasol and lounge suite so as to enjoy a cool drink as you watch the sun go down!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels and bedlinen are provided (not beach towels). The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart. Should you wish a change of linen or full clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional small charge.

 

Notes on accommodation
A great feature of this superb apartment which is always enthusiastically commented on by our guests, is the very large wrap around terrace which can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and the master bedroom and offers an outstanding sea view. South facing it has sun all day! a built in BBQ for al fresco cooking!, sun beds & drinks table, a large dining table, chairs and parasol and for the evening a lovely 3 piece lounge suite with matching drinks table where you can relax with a cool drink as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa!
No smoking in any of the apartment rooms - thank you.
The apartment is fully air/heat conditioned throughout.

Accessibility
The apartment is on one level and has a lift direct from the underground garage or front entrance to the apartment. The front entrance also has a ramp, making the apartment suitable for the young, elderly or disabled.

Outside
There are 4 communal pools, 3 of which have a small separate childs pool on the complex set in landscaped gardens. By the pools there are showers and toilets.

Coast/Beach
There are many lovely beaches, but the best 2 have to be Capobino and La Cala both only around 7 minute drive from the apartment. Both have easy parking. Both are lovely clean, sandy beaches with sun beds, beach bars/restaurants and water sports (Lifeguards high season). Both are suitable for children and more details/photos can be found in our welcome book in the apartment. The beaches of Marbella/Puerto Banus and East to Fuengirola/Benalmedena can be reached in 10/15 mins drive respectively.

Golf
The nearest golf course of 'La Siesta' is only 2 mins from the apartment, however the largest golfing complex in Spain the 'La Cala Resort' is only 15 minutes away. La Cala has three 18-hole championship courses and a top quality 6-hole par 3 layout making it the largest golf resort in the country and includes south par: 72 5,454 metres, north par: 73 5,782 metres and La Cala Europa par: 71 6,014 metres. Malaga Airport is the closest around 40km and a 30 min drive from the apartment. We have recommended car rental companies on our web site and can also arrange 'cheaper' taxi transport should you require.

Distances
Marbella is 14km around 10 min drive.
Puerto Banus is 18km - 15 min drive.
Estepona is 40km - 30 min drive.
Gibraltar is around 50 min drive.
Benalmedena is 15 min drive.
Torremolinos is 20 min drive.
Fuengirola is 10 min drive.
Granada is a 2 hour drive.
Ronda is a 1 hour drive.
The lovely 'white washed' village of Mijas is 15 min drive.
The stunning beauty of the Ardales lakes and National Park is around 1 hour 45 min drive.

Further details
A 5 min walk from the apartment there is a small selection of bar/restaurants, which we can recommend all, especially the Miel y Nata and Johnnys, and a well stocked mini-market which is open every day. From here you can also catch the local land train which runs all around Calahonda and down to the Royal beach. The Costa Del Sol Tennis Club is only 2 mins from the apartment and has many tennis and paddle tennis courts set amongst lovely landscaped gardens, there are also squash courts here and a very good gym and sauna all which can be booked on a daily basis. From the apartment to the 'heart' of Calahonda it is a 5 min drive or a 20 min downhill walk. Here you will find an abundant choice of bars, restaurants, shops, banks and large supermarkets which will cater for all your needs. There are 3 main areas that you will find these amenities all very close to each other known as the 'Strip', the 'El Zoco' and the 'Dona Lola Complex' all of these feature in our welcome book. A further 5 min drive brings you to an area known as the 'Riveria Del Sol' and has a further choice of bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets and it's own beach area serviced by the Max Bar. The Marina of Capobino is another lovely place to head to in the evening with it's tranquil setting, stylish yachts and restaurants overlooking the marina, we can highly recommend Albert's for a 'special' night out.

Booking notes
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit or £150 (whichever is the greatest) at the time of booking, with the balance being payable 8 weeks before departure. At this time we would also require a £200 security deposit against damages/lost keys, this will be returned to you following your departure and inspection of the apartment by our management team. Please note rates are based on an occupancy of 6 people, additional people up to maximum of 8 are charged at additional £50 per person per week.
