This detached, modern villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and with 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people. There is a lovely private pool with underwater lighting and surrounding sun bathing terrace. On the roof of the property is a large private solarium. Los Altos is a 35 minute drive south from Alicante Airport and 25 minute drive north from Murcia Airport to which there is plenty of choice in scheduled flights. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive to Punta Prima. Several other beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Torrevieja are within a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja town centre is only 10 minutes away. Markets are held 7 days a week. There are many bars, restaurants and shops to suit all ages and tastes, some just a few minutes walk from the villa. For golfers, there are four excellent courses in the vicinity, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca, all within a 20 minute drive. If you like shopping, the Habeneras Shopping Centre near Torrevieja is a must.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Guests are required to vacate by 12 noon on day of departure. However, there may be some flexibility depending on when the next guests are arriving.

Distances
Torrevieja town centre is only 10 minutes drive.
San Miguel de Salinas, a typical Spanish village is 10 minutes drive and has authentic bars and restaurants. Try the Nuthouse bar!
There is a water park near Torrevieja called Aquapolis. This is open from early June to the middle of September from 11.00am to around 6.00/7.00pm. Prices are around 20 euros for adults and 15 euros for children.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to holiday start date. There is an additional charge of 170 euros payable to our local contact on arrival at the property. 100 euros of this is a security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. The other 70 euros covers check-in/check-out, laundry and cleaning. Welcome pack available at additional charge.
