This detached villa is situated off a private road overlooking rural fields and mountains. It has private walled gardens, completely enclosed, with large metal gate. The property is new build and was completed to a very high standard in 2005. Within the tiled and walled garden with its large 10x5m swimming pool, there are fruit and ornamental trees, palm and an olive tree. There is an al fresco dining area with table and 6 dining chairs, outside cooking and bar area. Sunbeds, parasols and large sun canopy. There is a spacious sun terrace with spectacular views. To the front of the property there is an east facing porch with easy chairs and table suitable for breakfast while watching the sun rise over the mountains. The villa is stylishly furnished and very comfortable suitable for all. The villa is situated within 5 minutes drive to Conil a typical whitewashed small fishing village, with local bars, restaurants and shops. Stunning extensive white sandy beach with safe shallow water.

Changeover day
There is no specific changeover day, however at busy times and at height of season it will be at the descrection of the owners.

Bedrooms: Master bed with king size bed, wardrobes, storage, TV and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobes, storage and an extra inflatable single bed if required. Electric heater for winter months.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds and wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom comprising of large walk in shower, toilet and washbasin, shaver socket.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower, bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Large fully equipped integrated kitchen, with oven, large hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, electric ‘la Plancha’. Table and four chairs.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, selection of inflateables, 2 sunbeds.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with a three and a two seat sofa, occasional tables, lamps, TV satellite-Sky, DVD player. Large wood burning fireplace and a portable heater.
Other: To the front of the villa leading from the hallway is a large porch area with 4 wicker high back chairs and a table. To side of kitchen, a large tiled area with storage for drinks and power for ‘al fresco’ dining. Large table with 6 chairs and a sunblind.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
There are towels provided and all bed linen. The villa will be cleaned for your stay whether it be a week or longer, towels, linen will be changed weekly. Beach towels not provided. Extra services available, prices on request.

 

Notes on accommodation
Both bathrooms have overhead wall heaters for the winter months. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots pans and crockery for 6/8 people. Steps to rear of garage leading to roof terrace, ideal for private sunbathing. The villa is situated within 5 mins drive to Conil town with its varied shops, bars and numerous restaurants.

Accessibility
The villa is wheelchair friendly.

Outside
The garden which surrounds the villa is well stocked with fruit and ornamental trees. The impressive olive tree, from which the villa takes its name, ‘El Oliva Verde’ takes centre stage on entering the villa. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing with grass and slabbed area and a side wall creating a suntrap. There is an outside shower. The pool is 10x5m with under water lighting and roman steps leading in. It will be maintained on a weekly basis.

Coast/Beach
Conil boasts a beach of very high standard with a large expanse of glorious unspoilt sands and wild parkland leading to different areas, suitable for public or naturalist bathing. The wide sandy Conil beach stretches from the Roche headland all the way to Tarifa and Cadiz. You can swim, kitesurf, paraglide, surf and windsurf on the Costa de la Luz: at Bolonia, Cadiz, Canos, Gibraltar, La Barrosa, Novo Sancti Petri, Roche, San Fernando and Tarifa. You can also dive at various locations.

The area is surrounded with golf courses from amateur to professional status and facilities. Golf Campano 10 mins (9 holes). Montenmedio 17 mins (18 holes). Golf Sancti Petri 20 mins (36 holes). Benalup 30 mins (18 holes). Vista Hermosa 30 mins (9 holes). Sherry Jerez 45 mins (18 holes). La Duquesa 1 hour 7 mins (18 holes).

To check availability please telephone or email the owner. A deposit of £200 to be paid at time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A refundable deposit of £150 to cover damage. We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to Spain.
