Luxury contemporary furnished 3 bedroom villa with private pool and full air-conditioning/heating, with all the amenities you would expect in a modern home. The villa is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the quaint Spanish village of San Cayetano. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. It is located on a new development of luxury villas and apartments, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include a mini-market, bakery, bars/cafes and a pharmacy. It has a large tiled sun terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine, or take advantage of the beautiful private pool and sunbathe whilst enjoying the perfect Costa Calida weather. When day turns to night you can cook alfresco on the large barbecue provided. The living space is beautifully furnished in a contemporary/Spanish style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a dishwasher. The Villa has Sky TV, Inc English TV.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible and we will try a accommodate guests where possible, as regards arrival and departure times, these will be dependent on other guests arrival and departure times.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with large double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, this room is suitable for the elderly or disabled as it is downstairs and has access to its own shower room. All have air-con and fitted robes. |

Accessibility
The villa would be suitable for people with mobility problems, as it has a downstairs bedroom and shower room.
Outside
Private pool 7 x 4, large sun terrace, barbecue, outdoor furniture including sun beds. Please note the pool is not fenced off, so children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times and NEVER left unattended.
Coast/Beach
There are many fabulous beaches on the Costa Calida which can be easily reached by car. The safe warm waters of the Mar Menor, which is rich in minerals is a paradise for bathers and water enthusiasts alike. Also its health giving properties are a bonus for sufferers of arthritis etc. The town of Los Alcazares still has thermal baths, which have been there since Roman times. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants is about 20 mins drive south.
Golf
For the golf enthusiast there are many golf courses to challenge even the most accomplished golfer. There are several highly rated golf courses all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. The renowned championship La Manga golf resort is about 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
San Javier (Murcia) Airport is approx 5km. Car is essential.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit is required to secure booking. With the balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of your stay. A £200 security deposit in case of breakages to be added to the final payment and will be refunded within 14 days after departure from the villa, following a satisfactory property check. Air conditioning/heating, towels and linen are included in the rental price. Cleaning/laundry to be paid locally upon arrival to key holder in euros.
