Luxury contemporary furnished 3 bedroom villa with private pool and full air conditioning/heating, with all the amenities you would expect in a modern home. The villa is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the quaint Spanish village of San Cayetano. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. It is located on a new development of luxury villas and apartments, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include a mini-market, bakery, bars/cafes and a pharmacy. It has a large tiled sun terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine, or take advantage of the beautiful private pool and sunbathe whilst enjoying the perfect Costa Calida weather. When day turns to night you can cook alfresco on the large barbecue provided. The living space is beautifully furnished in a contemporary/Spanish style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a dishwasher. The Villa has flatscreen TV, Inc English TV and wifi.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Departure cleaning and laundry service and meet and greet key handover are all included in the rental rates.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible and we will try a accommodate guests where possible, as regards arrival and departure times, these will be dependent on other guests arrival and departure times.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning/heating is included in the rental price. The villa is strictly no smoking. No pets allowed. We can supply a travel cot for babies free of charge. We also have some beach chairs and sun brolly available for use at the beach. The villa as wifi internet access.
Accessibility
The villa would be suitable for people with mobility problems, as it has a downstairs bedroom and shower room.
Outside
Private pool 7 x 4, large sun terrace with retractable sun awning, barbecue, outdoor furniture including sun beds. Please note the pool is not fenced off, so children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times and never left unattended. Also furnished balcony off the second upstairs bedroom.
Coast/Beach
There are many fabulous beaches on the Costa Calida which can be easily reached by car. The safe warm waters of the Mar Menor, which is rich in minerals is a paradise for bathers and water enthusiasts alike. Also its health giving properties are a bonus for sufferers of arthritis etc. The town of Los Alcazares still has thermal baths, which have been there since Roman times. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants is about 20 mins drive south.
Golf
For the golf enthusiast there are many golf courses to challenge even the most accomplished golfer. There are several highly rated golf courses all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. The renowned championship La Manga golf resort is about 30 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
The Mar Menor Lagoon is a mecca for watersports. Being an average of just 8 meters deep it is beautifully warm and safe. There are some lovely marinas to visit. The more active can enjoy wind surfing, kite surfing, dingy sailing, and scuba diving.
Travel
The transfer time from Murcia airport is just 8 minutes. Or 1 hour from Alicante airport. Car hire is recommended but we can arrange a taxi service to and from Murcia airport, the beach and other areas of interest, from an English speaking person situated in the village.
Distances
There are several shopping centres within a 20 minute drive of the property. There are a couple of water parks within a 20 minute drive also. Details/directions of these are available in the villa.
Further details
There is a brand new leisure area within 2 minute walk from the villa. It includes a large heated pool with sliding roof for all year round use, a childrens pool, paddle tennis courts & a clubhouse with outdoor terrace & food available. There is a charge for using these facilities, see the website.
The water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) is situated near Murcia City and Nueva Condominia shopping centre and is just a 15 minute drive from the villa. This region is filled with history, natural beauty, activities and attractions that can fill your days with fun and excitement. Alternatively it can be relaxing enjoying the villa and pool itself or indeed a golfer's paradise. The beach closest to the villa is Los Alcazares, less than a 10 minute drive. Its serene beaches and calm waters are ideal for families and sunbathers. Lo Pagan is just 15 minutes drive, which hosts the famous idyllic, therapeutic mud baths.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit is required to secure booking. With the balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of your stay. A £200 security deposit in case of breakages to be added to the final payment and will be refunded within 14 days after departure from the villa, following a satisfactory property check. Air-conditioning/heating, towels and linen are included in the rental price. Cleaning/laundry is also included in the rental rates.

We stayed at this villa July 2010 and my overall experience of this property is excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner was very friendly, helpful and professional when we asked for information regarding the area and the property. The property was very clean and well maintained to a very high standard. The villa was furnished with quality furniture and fitted out with all modern conveniences. All towels and bedlinen were provided even beach towels! and were all spotless. Loved the M&S Autograph bed linen and M&S Crockery.We absolutely adored the clean private pool with it's sun terrace and big family sized barbecue came in very handy. The villa was only 5 minute walk into the village where there was a mini supermarket which sold most things and a lovely bakery where we bought fresh croissant every morning.
