The apartment is situated on the second floor and overlooks the orange groves. The balcony is South East facing where you can enjoy a sunny relaxed breakfast. Communal pool is fairly large with surrounding areas to sit and take in the beautiful Spanish weather. The town of Almoradi is located on the northern side of the Segura River, on the southern Costa Blanca. It is only a 10-15 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar and 25 minute drive from the coastal town of Torrevieja. Almoradi is a well-established typical Spanish town, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and other facilities in place. The Saturday market is not one to be missed. Other activities in or close to Almoradi include: Horse riding, water sports, water parks, hiking and walking and even ten pin bowling and go-cart racing. Of course there are also many beautiful and challenging championship golf courses. One of which is the famous La Finca which is a 10 minute drive.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible subject to availability. Check in after 4pm on day of arrival, check out by 10am on day of departure.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds also with built-in wardrobe. The lounge has a sofa bed which will sleep 2. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has bath/shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin with vanity unit and large mirror over the top. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It is well equipped with all the utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses that you would need for a family of 6. |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine is situated in the galleria which is directly off of the kitchen. There is also an iron and ironing board and airer for you to use if you wish. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a double sofa bed, Large flat screen TV which is set up to recieve UK channels as well as the sports, movies and kids channels. There is also a DVD player and a CD player. |
| Other: | There is a dining area which has table and 4 chairs there is also a table and chairs on the balcony. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The bedlinen and towels are included but you will need to take your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned on your departure which you will be charged 55/65 euros depending on the size of your party. |

If you need a cot and highchair this can be arranged for you by request. There is strictly no smoking policy in the apartment (although you are free to smoke on the balcony). We do not allow pets.

Accessibility
The access to the main entrance is suitable for wheelchair users and there is also a lift.
Outside
The pool is large with a separate area for young children. There is plenty of surrounding pool area for sunbathing. There is also access to the roof top communal area where you can also sit and enjoy the wonderful Spanish sunshine. There is also access to the underground car park where there is a space for a car if you have one.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the beautiful Guadamar which is 10 mins by car. Torrevieja also has a lovely beach and is around 30 mins away by car.
Golf
There are many golf courses surrounding Almoradi. La Finca is the nearest one being a 10 min drive away. Also nearby is Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Marquesa and Villamartin are amongst a few.
Special interest holidays
Torrevieja is only 15km and has a Water Park. Horse riding. Golf less than 15 mins walk. Walking holidays. Rural / countryside retreats. Beach or lakeside relaxation. A winter sun break. Cycling holidays.
Travel
Alicante airport is only a 30 - 40 min drive away or Murcia airport 40- 45 mins away. Cheap flights from Jet2.com, Ryanair and BMI Baby. There are lots of good car hire companies on the internet.
Further details
Almoradi town has many shops, restaurants and small bars for your enjoyment. There are plenty of banks and the most beautiful town square. There are many fiestas (festivals) throughout Almoradi's calendar, some of which are a real spectacle and well worth a look. The cuisine is another major bonus where you can find traditional Spanish restaurants as well as a good selection of international including Indian and Chinese. Almoradi is also well known for its mild climate and the entire region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F). This area of Spain is also famous for its salt lakes (salt is a major export). This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air is much dryer than in other parts of Spain and Europe. The low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate, means the ‘WHO’ (World Health Organisation) have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the planet.
Booking notes
Payment via cheque, cash (cash must be sent via secure delivery at your risk) or postal order please. A 20% of total booking fee or £50 (whichever is greater) is to be paid at time of booking.
Balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay. All bookings made within 6 weeks of your stay to be paid in full at time of booking please. £100 deposit to be paid to cover damage and breakages. You will not be charged for the odd glass or cup broken, we understand accidents do happen!
