There is a very well equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas with a pergola to provide shade. The private pool has a large terrace with sun loungers parasols and an outdoor shower. The villa is totally private with a wall surrounding the plot and access via electric entry gates to the large driveway. The large gardens are landscaped and well maintained. The villa also boasts a solarium/roof terrace to soak up the last of the suns rays. The villa is close to the calm shallow waters of Mar Menor which is a natural lagoon making it ideal for children and young families. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are beautiful and steeped in history, the Cathedral in Murcia is well worth visiting. For golf lovers you are only 5 minutes from Polaris Worlds 18 hole golf course and 10 minutes from Roda golfs 18 hole course.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week and in UK pounds. Maximum stay 21 nights, minimum stay 7 nights May to October and 4 nights November - April, short stay prices are 75% of the 7 night price.
Changeover day
During peak times changover must be on a Saturday as the villa rents out Saturday to Saturday. The villa must be vacated by 10am on the morning of your last day. Check in is available from 4pm. Contact the owner if your requirements are different.

Accessibility
Villa is suitable for people with mobility problems however it is not wheelchair friendly and the pool is accessed up 3 steps.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 mins away at Santiago de la Riberia and Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, which has 73km of beaches.The Meditteranean beaches are 20 mins drive away.
Golf
The nearest golf course is La Torre Golf at Polaris World, a 5 min drive away. Mosa Trajectum golf course is 10 mins drive away. Roda Golf course is 12 mins drive away. The nearest supermarket is in La Torre resort (Polaris World) however the hypermarket Dos Mares is on the N322 20 mins drive which provides greater choice. The nearest bar/restaurant Valle Del Sol is at the junction of the F13 and C3319 1.6km away. The nearest Medical centre & post office are in La Torre and the nearest bank are in La Torre and Balsicas.

The villa and pool were both outstanding, and we were amazed at the amount of space available to us all around the grounds - enough to play football and rounders when it wasn't too hot!
