Located in a private complex and within half a kilometre of the coast, we have recently purchased this apartment to be our holiday home in Spain but hope you may want to stay too! The apartment is located on the top floor, is accessed by lift and has it's own large private roof terrace. We have sought to decorate the apartment tastefully and it has a lounge with satellite TV and DVD, dining area for 4. Each of the bedrooms has twin 3' wide beds or a 6' wide if you prefer and en-suite facilities. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. There is access direct to the balcony from the lounge and main bedroom (where the sun rises each morning for breakfast) but if you wish the roof terrace has ,table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers, along with the BBQ. There is a residents pool and the access to the complex is by automated doors for cars and videophone for pedestrians.

Accessibility
Apartment access for all via lift but the spiral staircase to the roof terrace would not ideally suit anyone with a physical disability.

Coast/Beach
Three excellent beaches with beach bars within 5 mins drive. Others, just a few mins further.
Golf
Numerous excellent golf courses La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin for all abilities are within 15 mins driving time. There are also driving ranges available.
Short breaks available for golfers
Travel
Alicante and Murcia airports are within 40 mins drive. Car hire is available at both airports. Airport transfers can also be arranged for you.
Distances
Torrevieja is 3 miles away. Ancient town of Cartagena is 30 miles distant. Murcia is 35 miles away. Local markets daily within 5 miles maximum.
Further details
Bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk [30 min stagger back!]. Banks are also local with hole in the wall facilities. There is a local supermarket which is situated near the local bars and has excellent locally caught fresh fish, quality food and Spanish wines / beers.
Booking notes
Initial booking by email / fax with a deposit of £100, plus a returnable accidental damage deposit for £100 once the apartment is vacated and all is okay. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday being taken.
