This property is approx 2 years old and is situated in the quiet Spanish village of Daya Vieja. The complex is named Dayasol and comprises of similar apartments all based around a central communal pool area. Located on the ground floor and poolside make the property ideally suited for couples, families with children and golfers. The complex pool is well maintained and all residents have secure entry key. Within a short drive are the towns of Guardamar, Alicante, Rojales and Quesada. All are suberb for shopping, dining out and taking in the Spanish culture. The railway station is just 15 mins drive from the complex and provides main line routes to Alicante, Benidorm, Murcia and coastal regions. Access from airports Alicante and Murcia takes approx 30 mins by car. We feel the apartment is not suited for teenagers wishing to indulge in the club/disco scene as these type of facilities are not available locally.

A number of golf courses within easy reach of the village. La Finca Algorfa Golf 10km and La Marquesa, Rojales Golf Course 3km.
Travel
Alicante airport approx 30 minutes by car and Murcia airport approx 45 minutes by car. Good access to motorway and rail network, car hire is advisable but we can arrange pick up from airport if required.

Daya Vieja village 200 metres. Daya Neuva 2km. Guardamar 10km, Rojales 3km, Dolores 6km.
Further details
The complex is in a rural setting with areas of orange and lemon trees. Fiestas and other celebrations are held on key dates. There are many street markets in all local surrounding villages. The village of Daya Vieja 200 metres away has 3 bars, 2 restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and hairdressers. It also has its own Police Station and Town Hall. The Cam Bank is in the adjacent town 2km away.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 100 euros is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks for departure before the rental date commences.
