The property has been fully furnished to a high standard and offers a front balcony with table and four chairs and a private roof solarium with roof furniture. The property is fully equipped with mobile air conditioning unit and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Mobile heaters are also available for the winter months. There is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron, etc. There is one bathroom/shower room. The property shares a communal pool.
