This beautiful villa,our second home is situated in a peaceful residential area yet only a short drive to the sandy Arenal beach, the Port/Marina and Javea Old Town. Set in mature grounds with its own grapefruit, lemon, orange and almond trees it has ample private offroad parking for 2 cars, the naya is ideal for al fresco dining, there are separate sun lounging areas as well as around the pool. There is also a roof top solarium/ clothes drying area. A built in gas BBQ with table and seating area overlook the pool. The property benefits from full central heating and a wood burning stove for romantic cosy nights in. Air conditioning is included in 3 bedrooms (double and twins). Ceiling fan in bunk bedroom.

Changeover day
Saturday during summer period. Off peak by negotiation. Villa available after 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Full central heating with pre set programmer and individual radiator stats. Air conditioning in the double and both twin bedrooms only. Ceiling fan in bunk bed room.All rubbish to be taken to civic amenity sites.Sun loungers and chairs available for guests use.

Outside
Fruit garden as well as flowers and shrubs. Separate patio and area around pool for sun bathing. Built-in gas BBQ with tiled bench seating, table and chairs. Sun loungers with cushions and a parasol are provided. The 9x4.5m private pool is maintained twice a week in summer, once a week in winter by our own pool man.
Coast/Beach
The Arenal beach has shallow clear waters and is just 5 mins from the villa. Showers, parasols and children's play frame are available. The beach is fairly large with golden sand which boasts blue flag status, is surrounded with many bars and restaurants. The working fishing port and marina of Javea is a further 5 mins away along the bay.
Golf
15 mins to La Sella golf. 10 mins to Javea Golf.
Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia which are both about 1¼ hour drive to Casa Paloma Blanca via the toll road (AP7). Car hire is essential.
Booking notes
When booking we require a non refundable deposit of £200 or equivalent. The balance would be due six weeks prior to occupancy. There would also be an additional breakage/security deposit of £200 which is refundable within 14 days of your return upon receipt of the keys and a satisfactory inventory check.
