This fully air conditioned apartment (many are not!) is ideal for one family or two couples to have your perfect golf and beach holiday, or just laze by the two pools that are only 50ft from your terrace through lush gardens. On the resort and in an apartment that has everything, all you need to bring is a beach towel! Pick up the internal phone to book your tee time on any of the Polaris World courses, a table at any of the numerous cafes and restaurants, or even a golf lesson! A 15 min drive takes you to some of the best beaches Spain can offer, either on the calm shallow Mar Menor (ideal for children) or the Med. For culture and shopping, the cities of Murcia and Cartegena are a short drive away, and all the nearby towns have fascinating weekly markets. The apartment has one of the best locations on the resort; 5 mins walk to the Clubhouse and Supermarket with a green park area to the rear and beyond your own private garden is the communal pool area and the 18th and 10th fairways.

Accessibility
Lift from basement carpark. Wheelchair access from road. Small step from lounge to terrace and from terrace to garden, otherwise flat.

Coast/Beach
The nearest Mar Menor and Mediterranean beaches are a 15 minute drive away. The Calblanque National Park can be reached within 30 minutes.
Golf
Clients are entitled to discounted green fees at all the Polaris World golf courses (3 in the area). There are many other golf courses within a 30 minute drive that cater for all standards of player.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) MJC (15 mins). Alicante ALC is less than an hour. Car hire is recommended. Free buses are provided by Polaris World between their resorts.
Distances
The city of Murcia is about 20 mins by car and Cartegena 30mins. There are numerous villages and seaside towns (great for eating out) within easy striking distance.
Further details
The resort has its own supermarket that will deliver to your door. Also a large health and beauty store. There are several cafes and restaurants onsite, and many others within easy driving distance.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit is required to confirm booking and full payment within 8 weeks of departure. Payment is by PayPal. A £100 returnable deposit is also required, as is an end-of-let cleaning charge.
