This comfortable apartment is situated on the upper slopes of an attractive Andalucian style village complex San Juan de Capistrano which nestles serenely above the town of Nerja on the foothills of the Almijara mountains - yet less than a mile away from the town centre and the main beaches includng the very popular Burriana beach. The south facing terrace gives panoramic views of the town and Mediterranean, whilst the northern side backs straight onto the pine clad Almijara mountains (National Park).

Changeover day
Access to apartment is after 2pm. Departure must be by 10am.
Saturday is the preferred change over day. However, we will try to be flexible whenever possible.

| Bathrooms: | 1 bathroom with bath and shower plus a separate shower enclosure and a washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker/oven fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast bar. |
| Living Rooms: | Television (cable) radio with CD player. Sofa and 2 chairs. Also dining table with 4 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaning, linen and towels for 4 persons provided on a weekly basis. Towels provided by us are for apartment use only and not to be taken to the swimming pool or beach. |
Notes on accommodation
There are 2 freestanding electric oil filled heaters and two electric fans plus a safe.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as it is accessed via a number of steps which are staggered.
Outside
The 23m2 terrace has two tables with seating for up to 7 people, two sun loungers, BBQ.
There is a very large shared community swimming pool and childrens pool and play area (open Mid April until end of October) 100mtrs from the apartment also poolside bar/restaurants and mini supermarket.
Coast/Beach
Spectacular coastline with many coves and bays including Burriana beach is approx 10 minutes drive from the apartment or there is a regular bus service into Nerja. The bus terminus is 80mtrs away opposite the mini supermarket.
Golf
Baviera Golf course is approximately 20 minutes drive west from the apartment on the N340 towards Malaga.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is approximately 90 minutes drive, so you can be swimming and skiing in the same day.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga. Journey time to the apartment is 45 minutes. A car is not essential but recommended. There is a regular bus service from the airport to Nerja. A taxi from the airport will take 4 people and cost approximately 65 Euros.
Distances
Nerja is 7 kms from Torrox, 20 kms from Torre del Mar (Aqua Park) Frigliana 8 kms (was voted most beautiful mountain village in Spain).
The Nerja Caves are situated 4kms away close to the magnificent working Roman Aquaduct just outside the tiny village of Maro.
Further afield are the lakes and countryside around Vinuela (35 minutes drive) The amazing Alhambra Palace at Granada (90 minutes drive). Torremolinos and Benalmadena (60 minutes drive)
Further details
Nerja, a picturesque town with famous Balcon de Europa promenade. A wide veriety, of shops restaurants cafes and bars. There are also a number of supermarkets and banks.
Local activities - diving - golf - horse riding - swimming - tennis and walking.

Bookings can be made by e-mail or 'phone. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required within seven days to secure the booking. The balance to be paid six weeks before departure when we will forward key instructions/information pack
Discounts are available for Winter Lets from 1 November 2008 to 27 March 2009.
