Situated between Vejer and Conil de la Frontera you have wonderful views to fields, hills and to the miles long sandy beach of El Palmar and the coastal village of Conil. Our Finca with 7000 sqm is very central located, but nevertheless very calm and rural. Our neighbours are peasants with cows, pigs, donkey's, chicken etc. An ideal place to explore the wide selection of Andalusian culture. Cadiz with its old town, Jerez with its Bodegas and the world famous riding school or Seville with its Moorish architecture, all is within easy reach.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with comfortable sofa, coffee table and 2 chairs. Wood burner. German satellite TV, DVD player and separate stereo. Dining area with table and 4 matching chairs. |
| Other: | Enter the upstairs terrace from the double bedroom and enjoy uninterrupted views of Conil, El Palmar and the Atlantic Ocean, you will find a separate patio just outside the lounge downstairs with garden furniture. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are being supplied, but no beach towels, the property is cleaned before arrival and towels and bed linen are changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool is normally only used by guests but on occasion the owners will use it with consideration to staying guests.
Outside
20 sq.m. terrace for sunbathing or watching the stars. Next to the entrance we have a beautiful patio with seating under an old fig tree. Behind the house is a barbecue place with sitting and dining area. It is especially nice to enjoy breakfast there.
The pool is 9m x 4m and the area around it is fenced in for child safety.
Coast/Beach
The finest beaches of the Costa de la Luz are all within a few minutes drive: Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a radius of 20 miles, a well known one being Montenmedio where apart from a distinguished 18 hole golf course part of the Sunshine Tour is being held here each spring with over 1000 horses/competitors.
Travel
It would be essential to have a car, the nearest airports are Jerez (75km) or Gibraltar (100km) and Malaga (250km).
Distances
For shopping, Vejer is only 4km away and Conil about 6km;
local restaurants are within 2-4km.
Further details
Supermarkets and a whole range of shops are situated in the towns of Conil and Vejer de la Frontera.

A 30% deposit will secure any booking and the remainder of rent is being paid in cash on arrival.
