Welcome to our 2 bedroom holiday home which overlooks the 13th and 14th fairway of the famous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Relax and enjoy our luxurious hot tub with soft fluorescent lighting and a water feature after a day of golfing or shopping or perhaps even a leisurely day at the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Mar Menor. Dine alfresco on the ground floor patio with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. Although in a peaceful location, the wonderful amenities of this prestigious 5 star resort are only a stroll away. The town centre is structured around a splendid lake and boasts beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars. Also a friendly, well stocked supermarket with a home delivery service is available.

Notes on prices
Prices are weekly rates in UK pounds. Additional £50 for hot tub per week or £10 per day if less than a week. Minimum 2 nights bookings.

Changeover day
We will be as flexible as possible with changeover days and times of arrival and departure.

| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated and equipped with corner unit, dining table and chairs, satellite TV (30+ channels), DVD and CD player. It is equipped with air-conditioning for the summer and central heating for the cooler winter nights. |
| Other: | Ground floor patio has large table with chairs and barbecue. First floor terrace has two sun loungers with removable cushions and wooden swing-seat and chairs with removable cushions and small table. Top floor solarium has a state-of-the-art hot tub. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. The house is fully cleaned for arrival and the final day cleaning will be charged at a rate of 65 euros and is payable on arrival to key holder. |
Notes on accommodation
High chair provided. Car port at front of house. Why not take a few friends and we can arrange rental of the town house next door for them, giving accommodation for 8 people.
Accessibility
The property is ideal for the less mobile due to ground floor shower cubicle and wc etc. There is only one step up to the front door and a threshold at the back of the house onto the patio area.
Outside
Fenced patio at rear with glass table and chairs. Barbecue supplied. First floor terrace with wooden swing-seat, two chairs and small table together with two sun loungers. Roof top solarium with 'Bengal' 5 seater hot tub which is chemically cleaned before your arrival.
Coast/Beach
The splendid unspoilt sandy beaches of Mar Menor are only 15 minutes drive away with warm shallow waters and beautiful promenades with numerous cafes and bars. Lo Pagan and Los Alcazares are well worth a visit. Torrevieja is a beautiful seaside resort with numerous shops and restaurants.
Golf
Whilst the house is front line of this beautiful par 68 golf course boasting a first class restaurant and coffee bar, there is also a courtesy bus to Mar Menor and to the new El Valle Golf Course. La Torre Golf Resort is one of 6 Polaris World Golf Resorts in the Murcia region of Spain, all designed by Jack Nicklaus. La Torre 18 hole, Mar Menor 9 hole (being extended to 18 holes par 68 shortly). El Valle 18 hole, Haciende Riquelme 18 hole, La Loma 9 hole and Condado de Alhama 3 x 18 hole courses planned.

Murcia Airport - 10 mins drive. Alicante Airport - 45 mins drive.

Hire cars are reliable and inexpensive and recommendations can be advised.

Benidorm approx one and a half hour drive.
Shopping centre - Dos Mares only 10 minutes drive away.
Los Alcazeres - A beautiful seaside resort with numerous restaurants, bars and pavement cafes only 15 minutes drive away
Torrevieja - a beautiful seaside town only 30 minutes drive.
Famous La Manga strip and golf course approx 25 minutes drive.
Beautiful city of Murcia and Cartegena approx 20 minutes drive.
Further details
Polaris World supermarket on the resort sells everything from daily newspapers to fresh meat and dairy products.
Eroski is a large, low price hypermarket at Dos Mares shopping centre only 10 minutes away.
Balsicas and Roldan are small towns with banks and are both only 5 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking, with the balance being paid in full 4 weeks before the commencement date. A refundable breakage charge of £100 is payable at time of booking (this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacating the property, subject to inspection). Dates will only be held when accompanied by a booking form and deposits (or full payment if holiday commences in less than 4 weeks).
