The property has been fully furnished to a high standard with modern and contemporary furniture. The property offers TV, a DVD player and dining table and chairs for 4 people. The kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all facilities. There is one bathroom/shower room. The balcony has a table and four chairs. The property shares a communal pool and has lift access to all floors. I want to live here!! but I can't.

Coast/Beach
La Union is very close to the coast. There are excellent train links that join the city of Cartagena with Los Nietos, one of the many beaches on the Mar Menor. There are also a number of cultural events, such as the Cante de la Minas, (one of the oldest flamenco festivals), a number of museums and a Tuesday street market.
Golf
Many golf courses in the region including the world renowned La Manga Golf Course and resort - 10 minute drive.
Travel
Murcia/San Javier Airport is approx 25 min drive away. Alicante airport is approx 1hr drive away. Car hire is recommended to explore the region.
Distances
La Manga strip is a short drive away and has a host of shops, restaurants and bars that offer a lively nightlife. La Manga Golf Club Resort offers a lively atmosphere with 3 championship golf courses, a casino, shops and restaurants. The old Port city of Cartagena is approx 15 min drive where you will find many hypermarkets, restaurants as well as lots of historical buidings including the Roman Amphitheatre. Further afield is Murcia which approx 30 min drive to many fine buildings and shops.
