This beautifully finished, garden apartment is located in the luxury complex of Vista Bahia (Bay View), Casares. It stands detached from the other apartments, overlooking mountains and golf courses. The apartment is within walking distance of popular beaches, bars and restaurants with the surrounding area further populated by shopping, horse riding, walking and numerous other attractions. On exiting the complex, you are greeted with stunning bay views of Gibraltar and the North African coast. The complex itself is laid out with tropical plants and gardens, as well as communal swimming pools. The beautiful White City of Casares is a short drive away as are the famous towns of Marbella and Porto Banus. Closer to home are the fishing villages Sabinillas, Porto Duquesa and Estepona whilst the famous Polo playing town of Sotogrande is only ten minutes from the apartment. There are at least 3 golf courses on your doorstep, including the famous new Dona Julia 18 hole course.

Changeover day
Arrival times should be before 10pm so that keys can be provided by our managing agent. If other guests are arriving, we would ask you to vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is light, airy and spacious. It is fitted with high quality, new Spanish furniture, appliances and linen. A welcome pack can be provided upon arrival as can a meal should you wish. Please ask for prices. Rental price is inclusive of gas and electricity. A useful information pack is available with details of local restaurants, amenities and places to visit.
Accessibility
There are steps to and around the property that give it its unique character. However, there are also ramps to allow wheelchair users and heavy suitcases to be wheeled with ease.
Outside
Directly through the patio doors is a covered terrace leading to a terrace in the sun. A small garden with beautiful mediterranean flowering plants and shrubs is regularly maintained by a gardener. Swimming pool normally in use April-October. Can vary subject to weather.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minutes short walking distance of the popular Casares beach.
Golf
Relaxing views over mountains and golf courses. There are at least 3 golf courses on your doorstep, including the famous new Dona Julia 18 hole course with infinity views.
Skiing
Skiing on the slopes of Sierra Nevada Granada approx 2-3 hours away.
Travel

Booking notes
A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure the apartment. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival at apartment.
For last minute reservations a 50% deposit (non refundable) is required with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival at apartment. A fully refundable bond of £100 is also payable alongside the balance to cover any damage to the property or contents, lost keys, etc, This will be returned in full to you once we have received the keys and checked the apartment.
