This beautiful, modern, semi-detached villa is set 1st line at the 18 hole golf course of Panoramica Golf & Country Club, close to hole 4. The villa has a 8 x 4m private swimming pool which is surrounded by large, partly covered, sun terraces. A beautiful luxury lounge set and a stone BBQ are situated at the terrace, close to the swimming pool. An outside sun heated shower is situated next to the swimming pool. Two large sun terraces are situated on the first floor, overlooking the golf course and olive tree groves. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with magnificent mountain views and orange groves. It is a 15 mins drive to Vinaros and a 25 mins drive to Benicarlo and Peniscola, with sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. Besides a 72 par golf course, a driving range and a putting green, Panoramica Golf has several restaurants and bars to choose from. The Golf Club restaurant is superb. There is a small supermarket on site.

Notes on prices
Rental prices per week/7 nights (per night pro-rata). Shorter breaks: min. 5 nights (less nights surcharged). July/August min. 7 nights, no short breaks. Long term lets (discount) only during winter period; contact owner. Final cleaning after each break (obligatory) €100. Damage deposit (obligatory-returned in case of no damage) € 150.
Other costs (no obligation - per night pro-rata): use of air-conditioning/heating €50 per week; use of WiFi €15 per week (no computer/laptop available!)

Changeover day
Changeover days customised to suit client. In case of changeover days, the maid service has to clean before new arrivals. In case of preceding/succeeding bookings the villa is not available before 3pm on arrival day, or after 10am on departure day.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms, double bedded. The 2 beds can be put together to 1 double. Both bedrooms have access to one of the upstairs terraces.
Bathrooms: Ground floor: en suite bathroom with luxury massage shower unit, vanity unit with sink, wc and bidet with access to the en-suite bedroom.
First floor: bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit with sink, wc and bidet.
Kitchen: Large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic cooking area, oven/grill, microwave,dishwasher, coffee maker (also Senseo), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, egg cooker.
Living Rooms: Large, spacious living room which overlooks the large, partly covered terrace, garden and the private swimming pool. 2 Sets of double sliding doors give access to it. Cosy log fire. Satellite TV, DVD player, DVD's, stereo set, CD's, books, games.
Other: Separate dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. Also an extra sofabed, perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 children.

Bath- and kitchen towels and bed linen are available and included in the price. Beach towels are not provided. The villa will be cleaned after each occupation. Cleaning after occupation: see Notes on Prices.

Notes on accommodation
The key keeping/maid service is taken care of by an English lady. She provides a meet and greet service for our guests. She also is the contact person for any questions or if there are any problems. The swimming pool is very well maintained on a weekly basis during the summer season and on a monthly basis during the winter season. Panoramica Golf & Country Club has a 24 hour manned security service which gives you access through the main gate. The complex is fenced all the way round making it safe and secure at all times. This is an excellent location for a golfing or a family holiday!

Outside
The 8 x 4m private swimming pool has large surrounding terraces, with a beautiful luxury lounge set, sun loungers, large aluminium and glass table with chairs and a stone built BBQ. A sun heated outside shower is situated next to the swimming pool. Upstairs there are 2 large upper sun terraces to the front and the back of the villa, with stunning views to the golf course and to the olive tree groves. To the front of the villa there are two private parking spaces. The surrounding mountain views are beautiful.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are a 15 mins drive away to Vinaros with a lovely sandy town beach (blue flag) and several small beaches along the coastal strip. The lovely fisherman's town Les Cases de Alcanar is about 20 mins drive away. Peniscola and Benicarlo are a 25 mins drive away with beautiful golden sandy beaches.

Golf
Without doubt, Panoramica is considered one of the best golf courses in Spain. It’s designed by Bernhard Langer, the professional German golf player who was nine times player of the Europe Ryder Cup Team and two times became winner of the Masters of Augusta. The golf course amounts to 80 hectars. Its spectacular conditions make it possible for using it all year. The design consists of a combination between streets very closed and a rough make-up, which transforms the course an ideal one for high handicaps, also for players with a high level and specimen. The greens are based on large dimensions, seven holes defended by eight lakes.
The most representative holes of the course are hole nr 5, a par 3 with 133 meters from yellow tee, with a green like an isle, and hole nr 11 of 502 meters, whose left side, 200 meters before reaching the green, is a huge lake. The splendid clubhouse includes a golf shop where also all golf equipment can be hired, bar, restaurant and changing facilities.

Travel
Panoramica is easily accessible from 3 airports served by low-cost airlines. Travel times from Spanish airports to the villa are as follows: Reus airport 80km (Ryanair, Air Berlin). Valencia airport 180km (Easyjet, Vueling, Transavia, Iberia). Barcelona airport 229km (Easyjet, BA, Vueling, Transavia, KLM, Iberia). In the near future Castellon airport at 60km will be available.

Vinaros, 15 mins. Les Cases de Alcanar, 20 mins. Benifassa reservoir and lakes, 20 mins. Benicarlo, 25 mins. Peniscola, 25 mins. Ebro Delta, 30 mins. Morella, 45 mins. Castellon de la Plana and El Grao, 45 mins. Tarragona, 1 hour. Salou, 1 hour. Valencia, 1 hour 30 mins. Barcelona, 2 hours.

Further details
Surroundings: There are many interesting places to visit around Panoramica. The region suits all levels of energy and interest. Vinaros is a lovely, traditional Spanish town with a daily market, great restaurants, marina, nautical club and blue flag sandy beaches. It has it's fair share of banks and supermarkets (Carrefour, Sabeco, Lidl and Aldi). Peniscola is a beautiful town with a 14th century castle and fort (used in the filming of El Cid). The medieval walled town of Morrella in the mountains has to be seen. The Ebro Delta is a huge, beautiful nature reserve/bird sanctuary. The several small villages are also worth a visit. Benifassa National Park is a stunning inland park with a beautiful lake where you can enjoy boating and fishing. Port Aventura with the Caribe Aquatic Park in Salou is Universal's answer to Euro Disney and a real treat for the kids. The beautiful cities of Tarragona, Valencia and Barcelona are a 1 / 1 hour 30 mins / 2 hours drive. The Valencian Fallas fiesta around 19 March is an absolute must. Restaurants: The restaurant that is situated in the clubhouse of Panoramica serves excellent, reasonably priced food. The daily menu (between 2 - 4 pm) is very good and low priced. There are numerous excellent restaurants within a short drive of Panoramica, for instance in Vinaros, Sant Jordi, Les Cases de Alcanar and Traiguera. On week days, most restaurants serve a low priced daily menu.

Booking notes
20% deposit payable directly on booking. 80% Balance must have been received by us 6 weeks prior to arrival. If payments are not received as agreed in the lease contract, the booking will be cancelled! Payments are non-refundable. We advise to conclude a cancellation insurance. Let us introduce ourselves: Martin and Lucia, the proud owners of this beautiful villa at Panoramica Golf and Country Club in Spain. We live and work in The Netherlands, but we love to spend most of our holidays in Spain!

Year purchased: 2006

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Before we bought this villa we owned a lovely apartment in the north of Spain, close to the Pyrenees. But during our holidays the weather often was very bad, so we decided to move more southwards. When we visited Panoramica Golf and stepped into the villa it was love at first sight! And as for the surroundings: sunny beaches, beautiful mountains, lovely villages, stunning nature ... The Costa del Azahar or orange blossom coast, the most unspoilt costa of Spain, has it all!

Unique benefits of the property
The villa is spacious and light, with a fresh appearance. It offers all luxury and comfort to enjoy a great holiday! The living room, which has a cosy log fire, offers a great view to the private swimming pool. The setting of the villa, 1st line at the professional Panoramica golf course, is unique. Just walk out the door with your golf equipment and play! Guests can play golf at Panoramica on payment. The upper terrace at the back side of the villa offers a great view at the golf course.
