A luxury 5 bedroom villa with its own pool and fantastic views. The villa is located in a small urbanisation in an elevated position above Nerja, looking out to sea. The size of the villa offers scope for large groups or several families. It is detached and has been built and furnished to a high standard and has its own pool, parking, several terraces and gardens. The villa is both comfortable and spacious, on three levels, each of which has its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. The beach is in walking distance (5 minutes drive away). It has satellite TV/DVD. Close to the centre of the charming town of Nerja which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. Nearby are the renowned Nerja Caves whilst Malaga airport is only 45 minutes away. A large water park is 30 minutes drive away. To the North East is the beautiful and historic city of Granada. Skiing is also close by. Along the beach there are many beautiful restaurants.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Dates that overlap different charge bands will be apportioned by day. Flexible changeover days. Long lets by negotiation. Security deposit required. 25% booking deposit with balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. Air conditioning:- charge for electricity usage extra. The meter is read at the beginning and end of the rental. Air con has to be activated via a lockable switch on arrival.
