Three bedroom villa single storey with private pool in a quiet location in the foot hills just 10 minutes from the Blue Flag beach at El Campello. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge / dining room with working open fire (logs available from supermarket in the winter!), beautiful terrace, gardens and plenty of parking. Recently refurbished. Located just a couple of minutes from the village of Busot and a 10 minute drive from marina, bars, restaurants and shops.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with dining table and TV. Double sofabed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen included. Cleaned prior to let. Mid let cleaning can be arranged for lets over 1 week (please enquire). |
Notes on accommodation
Strictly no pets and no smoking inside! Highchairs and cots available on request - please ask.
Please note we do have Satelite TV but are not subscribed to any sky packages. We receive a variety of English language freeview channels including BBC1. You are welcome to bring your own sky card over but we cannot guarantee compatibility!
We do not have central heating but we do have a number of portable electric heaters and radiators should the need arise! Of course there is also the open fire in the lounge.

Accessibility
There are no particular accessibility modifications however the property is single storey on a level plot. Please note that there are a couple of steps up to the pool.
Outside
The plot is about 1,000 square metres and much of it is hard standing. The private pool is about 10m x 5m and slopes from about 3ft 6 ins deep to about 5ft deep. The garden has a range of flowering shrubs and mature trees including oranges, satsumas, pomegranate and Busot peaches. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and playing. The property is completely fenced and walled in with a locking front gate and parking for several cars.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 min drive from El Campello which has a beautiful sandy blue flag beach.
Golf
Ther are a number of golf courses in the area with Bonalba Golf just 5 mins drive away.
Travel
We are approxy 20 mins from Alicante airport and 60 mins from Murcia airport.
Distances
Busot is 2km away with El Campello 6km away. Alicante is about 12km. There are some shops in Busot whilst El Campello has a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and facilities including a Carreforre supermarket.
There is a tram running from El Campello to Alicante and Benidorm. The journey to Alicante takes about 25 minutes with Benidorm about 40. El Campello to Alicante costs 1.10€ each way per person!
