The recently refurbished villa is traditional in design and has a private terrace leading onto superb grass gardens and communal pool. The villa has air conditioning for summer and radiators on walls for winter. Equipped with TV, DVD player and Playstation. Also a variety of games and toys for all ages are provided. The area has a fantastic supply of good restaurants. Leisure activities in that area include golf, shooting, wind/kite surfing, diving, horse riding and cycling. Nearby Denia has a wide variety of excellent shops, a Castle and Marina with lovely fish restaurants. The surrounding mountains provide stunning scenery and excellent walking.

Changeover day
During the peak season Easter until September changeover day is a Saturday but off season this may be flexible.

| Other: | The conservatory has patio doors opening onto the terrace, with a lovely view of the pool. Seating for playing the Playstation out of the heat of the day and a very comfy double sofabed. This villa is a non-smoking villa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels for the villa and beach are provided. The villa will be cleaned and made ready before each client arrives and can be cleaned again after the first week of the clients stay if requested. |
Notes on accommodation
We have spent many happy holidays’ here watching our children grow in the sun!! We feel that the villa offers an exceptional place for fun and recharge of batteries, while being safe for the children with space for the adults. The complex is generally very quiet with most of the villas being owner occupied. Local seasonal fiestas are within walking distance and well worth a visit (the Spanish know how to party).

Outside
The villa has two patios plus a roof terrace. Each patio has outdoor tables and chairs sunloungers are provided and can be used poolside as well. A BBQ with utensils is on the garden patio. This patio can also be shaded by the pullout canopy. The communal pool is approx 25m which contains a 5 metre diameter child pool depth approx 1/2 metre. The main pool has a shallow and deep end.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are about an 8 mins walk away. One is a pebble beach and has three restaurants overlooking the sea.
The other has white sand and a bar. Three mins in the car will also take you to other sandy beaches with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Golf
La Sella and Olivia Nova are about a 20 min drive away.
Travel
Els Poblets lies exactly halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports. Each taking about 1 1/4 hours travelling time.
Distances
Els Poblets and El Vergel are both within walking distance and provide a variety of banks, cafes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Denia is 10 mins drive away, Benidorm is about 35 mins drive away and here you will find shopping centres, Theme parks and a Water park. Altea is about 20 mins drive away or a scenic train journey from Denia and has a great market lots of seafront restaurants and an old Spanish quarter worth visiting - makes a great daytrip for adults and children alike.
