Detached newly built villa on the urbanisation of La Herrada, located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 6 villas with no through traffic, complete with private pool and pool terrace, large porch area and separate barbecue terrace at the rear of the villa. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout (both hot and cold) and benefits from wifi broadband access. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite). The villa is perfect for families and couples alike, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do. The villa is within 5 minutes walk of a supermarket and a small number of bars/restaurants.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) throughout, it is suitable for children, and we can also supply a cot on request. There is also an electronic safe installed to keep your valuables safe and secure.
This is not just a rental property, but also our family holiday home, we have furnished it to a very high standard and taken great care in the adding those little extra touches of luxury, such as towels and bedding from John Lewis and M&S, to try and make it a home from home, we really hope you enjoy your stay here.

Outside
The outside area is safe and secure with intercom access on the pedestrian gate and a lockable slide gate on the driveway. There are 4 sun loungers for lazing on the terrace by the pool. Overlooking the 6m x 4m south facing pool, on the large front porch, there is a glass dining table with seating for 6 people. The pool is fully maintained all year round, for your safety and comfort during your stay. At the rear of the villa is a separate BBQ terrace complete with gas BBQ and tools for your use and seating for 6/7 people. There is also a secluded roof terrace complete with a sun lounger to catch the last of the sun at the end of the day.

Coast/Beach
With vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches to explore, Los Montesinos is ideally situated. Guardamar beach is just 10 mins drive away and has the Blue European Flag denoting excellent beach standards and lifeguards. Within a 15 mins drive there are also the beaches of Cabo Roig and La Zenia.

Golf
You are also ideally located to 4 golf clubs, the nearest being La Finca which is a 10 mins drive from the villa and within 15 mins we also have Los Ramblas, Villamartin and Campamor golf clubs.

Travel
Our villa is located in the village of Los Montesinos, which is 35 mins drive south from Alicante airport or 30 mins north from Murcia (San Javier) airport. There are several low cost airlines operating on these routes from all major UK airports, including easyjet, thomsonfly, jet2 and flymonarch
Whilst car hire is not essential during your stay, we recommend you it to explore the area.

Further details
La Herrada is located in the village of Los Montesinos, where facilities include 3 banks, a public swimming pool, supermarkets, pharmacy, a great variety of bars and restaurants including English, Spanish and Italian. They are all within a leisurely 20 minute stroll.
Less than 5 minute walk from the villa we also have the newly built supermarket Supervalu. There are also a small number new bars/restaurants opening, still far enough away for a peaceful stay, yet near enough for your pleasure.
There are numerous safe play areas on site for the children, and for the energetic ones there is even a full equipped outdoor keep fit circuit 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Los Montesinos also has a market on a Friday afternoon. La Herrada is a relatively new urbanisation, and there is currently still a little development ongoing throughout 2007.

Booking notes
Prices quoted are inclusive prices and include full use of Wi-Fi internet (just bring your own laptop!) and air-conditioning.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve, and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit against breakages/damages of £200 is due on payment of the final balance, this will be refunded to you, within 10 days of your completed booking.
For arrivals after 6pm, a 10E fee is payable locally direct to our keyholder upon handover of keys
