Property description

1 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. There are 2 lifts and the stairs. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and an exceptional direct view of the sea and also the mountains to the left. We are within a minutes walk from the shops, excellent restaurants and the sea (Torecilla Beach). We have a TV with Spanish channels and free UK satellite channels (including BBC1, BBC2 and ITV).

Accommodation description

Bedrooms:
Bedroom has 2 single beds, 3 wardrobes, a small drawer unit and a digital safe.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom has a large corner bath with shower, WC and basin with mirror and cupboards. There is also a plumbed in washing machine.

Kitchen:
Fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven and twin sink. Other items include a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and general utensils and crockery. There is also vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms:
Sofabed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, satellite, radio and tape player. There are a couple of cupboards.

Other:
Hall has a sideboard and mirror.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
On arrival the apartment will be freshly cleaned with clean linen and towels. This will be changed weekly.

Outside
The swimming pool is accessed via a secure gate a couple of doors up. It was totally refurbished last year with showers, WCs disabed access and delightful gardens.

"my apartment experience"

this is one of the nicest apartments my husband and i stayed at in Nerja, we found it to be spotless, very well equipped,and most comfortable, we have now booked it for four weeks later this year

Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing and families with teenagers
