Situated on La Envia Golf and Country Club this is a truly magical area of Almeria with beautiful panoramic views. Situated on site is a multi million pound health spa which is out of this world! Ladies this is a definite must! Almeria city is just 15 minute drive and is great for sightseeing and shopping! If you fancy a spot of sunbathing try San Jose which is a little fishing town, very quaint! Or, in the winter months try Granada for skiing which is a 90 minute drive. Whatever you want your holiday to be this is an area of Spain still yet un-discovered and has many places of interest and has an abundance of golf courses and beaches! La Envia Golf course is a wonderful golf course and has very reasonable green fees also in this area you have Playa Senna and Alberon golf clubs! Whether your here to play golf or just to relax and enjoy what Almeria has to offer I'm sure you'll have a truly wonderful time in this part of un-discovered Spain.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Long winter lets (4 weeks or more) from September to March are £350 per month excluding Christmas weeks.
Changeover day
The apartment will be prepared prior to your arrival with clean bed linen and towels. Please note that the villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. These times can be varied by prior notice.

| Other: | The balcony has a glass table with 4 chairs for you to enjoy the scenery which over looks the golf course and the pool of the 5* hotel (Barcelo). |

Accessibility
The apartment is in a block which has 6 floors we are on the 5th but because the apartments are on a hill we are actually one above from street level! So only one flight of stairs to go up or use the lift for those who don't like stairs!
Outside
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs which is private. Whilst the apartment block has it's own pool you can also use the hotel's pool or inside pool which is fantastic!
Coast/Beach
Cabo de Gata historic wind surfing beach 25 mins by car.
San Jose pretty fishing town 40 mins by car. Roquetas de Mar 15 mins by car. Roquetas de Mar Urbanisation 25 mins by car. Almerimar 20 mins by car.
Golf
Golf Clubs Close By: La Envia 1 mins £23. Alberon 25 mins £33. Almerimar 35 mins £30. Playa Senna 20 mins £27.
Travel
A car is essential in this region! Ryan Air Granada 1½ hour. Monarch Almeria 25 mins. Jet 2 Almeria 25 mins. Easyjet Malaga 2 hours.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit of the rent confirms the booking and the balance is due 6 wks in advance of rental period. We will hold a provisional booking for 1 week only. An additional refundable deposit of £70 key loss/damage is required when paying the remaining balance. This is fully refundable on safe return of keys and no damage or abnormal cleaning required. Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund any moneys 5 weeks before arrival.
