Our beautiful villa is situated in a peaceful, tranquil part of Calpe, with its own private pool, entry via remote control gate with a drive that will accommodate at least 6 cars. Our villa boasts 4 beds and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), the main bedroom has fantastic sea views from its own upstairs terrace/balcony with a luxury queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 washing machines etc. The lounge is very large with a fabulous naya for outside dining and general outdoor use (we spend most of our time here overlooking the pool and sea). At the small port/beach (end of the road), there is a diving club. Calpe is great for fishing, horseriding, quading and walking etc. It is possible to walk along the beach into town. The town is a 5 min drive which has a selection of shops, supermarkets and food outlets. There are numerous beaches within the area with fantastic restaurants and bars, or even a spot of nightclubbing if it takes your fancy.

Kitchen: The kitchen contains cooker and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer etc. Also 2 washing machines are in the treble garage leading out to the washing line.
Utility Room: Within the garage containing 2 washing machines and an internal washing line and an external washing line.
Living Rooms: The villa boasts a very large lounge including dining room with table, chairs, comfortable 3 piece suite, TV, video, DVD player, Sky TV (bring your sky card as we have only limited channels) leading out through 2 double patio doors to the large naya.
Other: sky tv can be intermittent.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen is included. Please bring your own towels, if you require towels there will be a small charge depending on how many.

 

Notes on accommodation
Great for families as you have the small provisions shop a short walk away for sweets, lollies, bread etc also a short walk on you have our local beach in a lovely cove, next to the small marina that not many people know about.
Air-conditioning or central heating are optional at £25 per week. A cot can be provided on request £10 per week. High chair £5 per week. Departure time will be 10am unless we do not have a booking on the same day, you will be informed.

Outside
The lovely swimming pool is very private with lights all around, the pool also lights up which looks lovely in the warm evenings. You are not overlooked, the pool is also equipped with sunbeds etc. There is a built in barbecue with light. The garden is mainly laid to small stones and flower beds including some palm trees, fruit trees etc giving it a beachy theme. Boundary walls all around the garden making it safe for children to play. The villa is situated in a cul de sac road making it safer for families. The drive has ample space for at least 6 cars with an entry gate that functions with a remote control system.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the nearest beach.
5 minute walk to the small marina.
2 minute walk to a small supermercado, they stock a small amount of provisions etc.
4 minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurant.
5 minute drive to the main centre of the town and alternative beaches.

Golf
15 minutes away from nearest good golf course and 25 mins from at least 5 very good courses.

Travel
Alicante Airport is 40 mins, Valencia Airport is 1 hour 20 mins.
Cheap car hire is an advantage. Can be booked from the airport or via internet before you arrive at the airport. I can offer details to arrange a 7 seater mini bus if requested.

Distances
Calpe is about 20 min drive from Benidorm which houses Terra Mitica (Spain's version of Disney Land) Europe's biggest waterpark Aqualandia, and the newly opened Terra Natura Park (Safari). Altea is just 10 min drive and has one of the best preserved Old Towns in Spain with some of the best cuisine in the area, well worth a visit. Calpe also has it's own old town, must be seen! This is where they stage the bull run along the streets of Calpe old town, this is a must if you are in Calpe.

Further details
The area of Calpe has a fabulous old town with numerous good restaurants and bars, also a fantastic high street with the same, plus numerous shops including designer shops. One of the beaches runs along the bottom of the High Street. There are numerous Fiestas including the bull run (not bull fighting), the Moors and Christians procession, firework displays of fantastic proportion (unlike any you would ever view in England), the list goes on......

Booking notes
We would ask for a deposit of £300 which is fully refundable on your return once the cleaner has checked for any damage or abuse (unless you cancel). Full payment 6 weeks prior to your departure. It is a condition of our accepting your booking that you have travel insurance and a maximum of 8 people at one time.
